Chad and Chris, his apprentice did a wonderful job replacing my hot water tank with enthusiasm, humor and expertise. They explained the process as they worked and left the laundry room clean. My friends and I share information on those in the "trades" and I'm pleased to add Rescue Rooter - Seattle.

We liked that there were 2 guys. both Ryne and Andrew were very professional and calm. They Took time to discuss and explain the problem they discovered . we liked their name tags and uniforms.! we chose the option to repair,,, and they did the job. our drain freely flowed. ! also great how Ryne emphasized! The 2 person crew arrived in a company truck, both in clean uniforms, very professional. They were careful to put on booties, which I appreciated. They assessed the issue & made a recommendation. The next member of the crew came with the camera & I could see where the blockage was. This is my first experience with Rescue Rooter & I will be using them for all my future plumbing projects. They did not mark where the break in my pipes were outside, making so to get a quote from someone else I would have to pay for the same services. I had to request images of my pipes instead of being given the images same day, they charged me the full price of scoping even though they could not scope the whole pipe. They also charge about 150 more than many other competitors.

I received excellent service from Tyler and Eddie. Very professional and experienced. They explained each step of the process. Will happily use Rescue Rooter again

I could have not been happier with their services. The team was great, kept me informed. They were able to show me the problems that were creating my plumbing problems in lay person's terms. Also, I was shocked when it only took them 3 days from start to finish, especially considering the work that was accomplished. Cory and team could not have been better.
