I called Rescue Rooter to come out and clear out a blockage in my sewer line. Chad and Albert came out quickly and got to work. They also put a camera down into the sewer line and had me watch as they went through the line. I saw the various problems in our one hundred year old sewer line. They spent a good deal of time examining the sewer line and also identifying the spot where it becomes a shared line with our neighbor. They presented a number of options of how to repair the deteriorating sewer line along with the different prices for that work. Chad and Albert both explained the different options clearly to my wife and I. They were very friendly and professional.

I called on emergency due my hot water heater leaking and received prompt service and calls to alert me The estimated time of service! Angelo and Dominic were excellent!! It was late evening Friday night. Had a sewer drainage problem in both toilets.. Called and had someone here in 30 minutes. Response time was great!

Great service, but at a price.

Eddy was our technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He was so friendly taking time to explain to my 5 year old what he was doing. He was professional told us what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. He then proceeded to complete the work timely and efficiently.

Tyler and Dave were great. They came in response to a plumbing emergency and both worked efficiently to fix the multiple problems with our house. From getting our system flowing again to diagnosing the bigger issues they have so far completely the work in a timely manner. Cost for work completed was fair, and we will continue to use their services as needed in the future. Recommended for repairing water pipeline to the main line.

quick, honest service

This sewer line project required a few days from camera work to excavation, replacement of pipe, installation of an additional clean-out, backfill and clean up of not only our excavation area, but consideration of our neighbor's shrub close to the work area. Chris and Ryne, the company supervisors/representatives, provided knowledgable and detailed information prior to, during and upon completion of the work. They were professional and exceptionally courteous in person, to our neighbors, and over the phone. This was especially important as one of us was out of state during the project, and the other had to leave early for another trip out of state. That meant the final inspections and details were handled by the guys for us. Excellent work, start to finish!

Ryne was very good. He went out of his way to make sure drain was cleared and working properly.
