I submitted my request on a Sunday for a clogged toiled and they had someone scheduled for the same day in the evening. I appreciated how professional the admin was and how quickly she could get someone in to fix my issue. John S. Came in the evening and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He checked out my toilet, talked through things I’ve tried to do to fix it before he came in, diagnosed it and shared what he thinks is happening and other possibilities, and we talked through the price before he went in to fix it. Unfortunately what we were hoping was an easy fix wasn’t and he had to change the diagnosis and update the cost. Luckily this next diagnosis was correct and he was able to unclog the toilet! There was a small plastic cup blocking the toilet hole and he was able to take it out after pulling the toilet. He put everything back and cleaned the area. I really appreciated his help and he shared some tips to help keep things running smooth. John was great and I highly recommend him!!

We had them come out to do an inspection, they recommended a company that could locate our slab leak. John was very informative and professional. We may end up hiring them for the project fix once we have the information we need.

They were very good at communicating the issues and solutions and cost. They showed up on time and completed the work. When done they cleaned everything up and took away all the garbage.

Great communication, ARS Rescue Rooter let us know when the technician would be coming our way. Jordan was great! He assessed the situation, presented a reasonable quote and patiently answered all our questions and queries. He also methodically worked on the issue until the clog was finally cleared in 2 hours. Thank you for making our kitchen better!

Happy with the work and customer service. I do think they need to up their game with invoicing- Very old school white/yellow/pink invoices. Nothing electronic. Also, they did not break out the costs as much as I would have liked- Materials and labor were lumped together.
