Wedding Planning
We had dropped off our bridesmaid dress and grooms pants on July 10, 2012 for quick alterations. After not hearing back from Maria for a week I got worried not having my stuff back yet with the wedding so close. I had to tried contact her multiply times for a week and had no luck. Her store door was locked with no note to say when she'd return and no answer on the phone, not even voicemail. Finally after two weeks, several unanswered calls and visits she finally answered the phone. I couldn?t wait any longer so I went in to pick up my stuff. She hadn?t even touched it. To top everything off, she (Maria the owner) got mad at me when I asked her why she hadn?t got anything done and why we couldn?t get in touch with her for so long. To be fair, she had altered a couple dresses for me in the past but after this, I am sorry to say, that I defiantly would NOT recommend Fashion Gomez for business. She was very unprofessional and not reliable at all, a wedding is a big deal. She totally disregarded her job without notice to the customers. This is not how a store, and one on Main st too boot, should be run. I ended up having to pick my stuff up, not even fixed yet. Never will I return to Fashion Gomez.
