Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
I was looking for an engagement ring and this store really listened to what I was looking for and did an awesome job custom designing a ring. When I described what I was looking for (a three stone setting) they quickly explained that it may need to be custom, showed me several gems they had on hand, and designed a one of a kind setting and ring. They provided an estimate and initial design.
(In comparison, I did shop around and recieved very poor, unattentive responses/options at some of the other stores. They just wanted me to look at existing rings and did not really listen to what I was asking for in a ring.)
I went back and we finalized the design and confirmed the gemstones. The work was performed on time and on budget. The ring looked great when I picked it up.
They provided an appraisal for insurance purposes. I did not get an independent appraisal, as the work was very custom, but the costs were comparable to what I had seen elsewhere.
