We went with Northern Pacific Exteriors (NPE) for our siding a few years ago and were impressed by their quality and professionalism. Neighbors would routinely ask us about who performed the work and their contact information. When it was finally time to do our windows we went with NPE again. Their crew worked diligently and were able to adjust around some key time restraints. In the case of each project they left our home with no signs they had been there but for the product they installed. I would happily recommend NPE to anyone looking for reliable and professional installer at a fair price.

We have used Northern Pacific for three roofs now, on two rentals and our personal home. They do excellent work with a professional crew and high quality materials, but beyond that, my favorite thing about them is their clear and precise communication. They tell you exactly when things will happen, and then they do actually happen. Moreover, they are proactive about communication. I have very rarely had to be the one to make a call for an update because they call first. After wasting time on missed appointments and people who took weeks to even return a call, NPE was a breath of fresh air, and I haven't really considered other options since.
