"Michele, I am sorry you were displeased with the service, everything seemed fine until we finished earlier than expected. After our initial discussion, I quoted you the price of $400 for the scope of work we discussed. I would not have done the work if we did not agree on the price. Afterward, you had an issue only because it seemed like too much money per hour. I do not work on a per hour basis and was very clear upfront. You also added work which I told you would be $50 more for what you wanted which you agreed to, however, refused to pay.
