They did not put the grill back on the heater correctly, and it fell off the wall and damaged my floor.  I didn't call them and didn't know what they could have done really.  Something went missing and I kind of suspect that it might have been him just because he was sloppy and we were not there.  I used them in the past and they were fine.  I felt confident in having somebody from the company without being there.  This time I will not use them again.

Very well.  Steve (our G&G Heating service rep) was timely, courteous and professional.  He cleaned fireplace and furnace burners, fireplace pilot lights, and furnace filters.  He also verified fireplace & furnace components were in satisfactory operating condition.   This was all done with minimal household disruption. 

We checked around--G & G was the best price for services performed.  We like these guys!!

It was a good experience.  They were very knowledgeable on heat pumps and they knew immediately what was wrong.

AC went out during a heat wave.  Got very fast response (same day call out.)  Very knowledgeable tech.  (I had sort of 'pre' diagnosed the problem with an old friend in the business.)  Honest.  Fair pricing with an excellent Angie's list coupon.
Parts had to be ordered.  They called with status updates and every time they come out they call with time and status reports.
I really don't see how the service could be any better.

George was very helpful and NOT a pushy salesman. Price was fair compared to other bids and the installation seemed to go rather well. Furnace and heat pump seemed to be functioning. Work was clean and timely. Didn't require any money down to start the job and didn't want payment until I was happy. Top it off, they seem to have a fantastic warrant on not only equipment, but the workmanship (assuming you don't neglect servicing the unit). All-in-all... Very happy with the job.

They were very prompt and professional in replying. I thought they gave good advice and weren't trying to up sell me. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and my renters had no complaints of their conduct while in the house.

Gary was efficient and knowledgeable. We are still getting 2 more estimates for this job, but having had G&G do furnace inspection before we know they are reputable!!

The owner came out and gave us a estimate for a new heat pump and furnance.

He arrived on time, took care of the furnace and even changed the battery in my smoke detector.

We had an upstairs room that was getting and staying too hot in a newly purchased house.  They repaired and modifiec existing HVACs and furnaces (2) and, when the system still wouldn't cool, installed a third HVAC and system in the upstairs room to keep it cool in summer and hot in winter

My experience with G&G Heating was excellent. They did quality work and they went the extra mile. They had to cut out a door and create a new closure for the furnace area and they did a good job. I checked around and felt I got a good price.

I was happy with the furnace replacement. He noted an issue with the duct work. He told the insurance company that the duct work was never installed correctly which led to the insurance company declining covering the work. He explained it never worked right. All he need to say to the insurance company was that that it was not working correctly. I am still waiting on them to follow up on a plan for replacing the outside venting.

The were phenomenal!!  On time, super nice, not a cent over budget (even when they found they had to retrofit something since we have a custom built old house), cleaned up after their work and stopped by to check on the system twice in the following weeks.  
Would recommend them to anyone!  Can't say the same about our roofers though :(
