This company was absolutely terrible to work with. They made repeated mistakes through the process which took many phone calls to get corrected. Their "project manager" Tom Canty was awful to work with and then lied to his supervisors when it was obvious he wasn't returning phone calls and managing our claim process. He refused to work with the insurance company and made the process very difficult. They were supposed to arrange to have our floors refinished as the final step in the process and after a 10 month delay called to tell me they wouldn't be moving forward with the work as they no longer wanted to be "a middle man" to the repairs we needed and told me to contact my own contractors to keep our repairs moving along. Working with Tom's assistant Brian was equally as bad. I would not use this company for any repair work, or restoration ever! After almost a year and the end of the timeframe to be able to finalize insurance payment I will have to seek services elsewhere to try and finish the work.
Description of Work: Company select to handle the repairs from a roof leak.
