They were right on time and did a great job of getting our hot tub up and running. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the appearance of the conduits neatly attached to the house as well as the help fixing the poor work on the air conditioning conduits that had been put in by another company.

Manny, their electrician, did amazingly good work. Put in a very modern panel with great expertise. I hired Alpine for 14 ductless units some years ago and have always found them to be first rate and easy to work with. Will have them replace a few more panels soon.

The Alpine team just finished installing a new four-zone ductless system. Their install team was professional, friendly and we are VERY happy with the craftsmanship and performance of the new system. That alone would elicit a five-star + review from me, but while on site, I asked if they could look at a split system previously installed by another vendor a few years ago which has been a little troublesome. Three other vendors and several technicians looked at the older system and could not find a problem. The Alpine tech took about 10 minutes to identify a problem with the installation and correct the issue. It's working perfectly now and he even showed us a more efficient way to run the system. Yup 5++ rating.

They were "A" across the board. I have told everybody I have met about them and recommended that people give them a call. There were government rebates involved. I have rated them other places. They arranged my load with the credit union. They had everything done. They went above and beyond. I recommend them to everyone.

They were very responsive taking the order and the money. I was happy with everything until the unit failed. It is January and the unit hasn't been working properly for over 3 weeks. The owner came out when I first called. He said he "thought" the coolant was low. He mentioned how they have found problems with a washer to seal the connection. He said they were on order and would be there the following week. He added some coolant and said it should work until the new washers arrived. The unit still did not work properly. In the mornings the house is 59 degrees. I called again and he told me he would have one of his service tech out there the following week. That didn't happen. I called again and then he said he thought it was working so he didn't send the tech out. I found that statement rather shocking. He said he was still waiting for the washer. I called yesterday and he said he would get back to me. Again I didn't hear from him. I regret going with this company. I would recommend anyone to go with a bigger company that has record of service of at least 20 years. This company is a new company and is small. They appear to be unable/unwilling to warrant their products. I'm still trying to get them to come out but in the mean time I'm going to have to call the manufacturer. I'm hoping I don't have to call one of their competitors to fix the heat pump. I'll post an update if/when I get this issue resolved.
