Description of Work: I first called in late June about having some major work done on my roof. Work included some tear-off and rot replacement that could only be done in good weather. This was made clear at that time. I knew he was busy so I told him if he didn't think he could get to the work this summer, that's OK, I would call someone else. Contractor expressed interest in doing the work, then I didn't hear anything back for about a month. I called back, we set up an appointment, and he came out to work up a bid. Two weeks later (this being already into August) I got the bid. It sounded reasonable for the work involved and I immediately gave the OK. Contractor never came out or called back. | |Now I will go through another winter fighting these leaks in the roof. Again, he may do great work, but it's not right to accept a project and not come through.

Description of Work: they repaired a roof leak, and we were well satisfied.

Description of Work: I called for a re-roof estimate. Ray came right at the appointed time. It was raining, so I showed him water dripping from the ceiling. He went up on the roof in the pouring rain, found the faulty shingle, and replaced it. That convinced us to go with Aaron Carter for our re-roof, now scheduled for July.

Description of Work: I purchased The Big Deal, $391 for a Roof Leak Repair & Roof Maintenance Package. They did a very good job! We’ve had some very heavy rain since they came out and the roof has held up fine.

Description of Work: Checked gutters guled down some tabs that had curled up removed some leaves and pine needels from the roof valeys.

Description of Work: Complete reroofing was accomplished in only two days. The old roofing material was stripped off and some panel replacement was required. Stripping and prep were accomplished on Day One and the new roof was completed on Day Two. The crew was extremely professional and effective. There was a pre-inspection conducted to determine the scope of the effort, and a post inspection to determine that the work was complete. I was impressedby the capabilities and work effort of the entire crew to the extent that I volunteered to display a sign on my lawn after the fact.
