They came out late August and the service was great. We had rat problem in our basement and in all of our house and they came out and access the problem and suggested that not to just clean up the area where the rats had been but also sealed up the rats that came in. We had traps put on and they said to put up plastic to seal up the crawl the rat space. That I think is going to solve our problem with the rats. They were very pleasant and I like the young person that came. He was very courteous, helpful, respectful and full of energy to the tackle the problem. I did pay them extra for additional service they provided because it was more expensive than the coupon that I bought.

It went well.  He worked quickly and efficiently.

Service provider was prompt and professional. Their quote for work was higher than expected.

Removed all pests, treated the outside of home all within 1 hr.

It went rather well. They were timely pleasant and very informative. They spent a lot of time with me which I appreciated.

It was poor. They seemed to be more concerned about giving us a quote for future business than actually doing what the deal called out.

Prompt service.  Sprayed and left.  So did the hornets nest!

No problems at all, they were rapid, on time, explained everything well, will use them again in the future.

They went beyond the expectations, by inspection outside around the house as well and advising of any potential problems in the future.  We were thankful  to have been found completely clean of any infestation, and can now feel good about doing some remodeling without such concerns

They promptly called me, rather than me having to contact them, to schedule the appointment.  Showed up on time.  Very professional.  Big success to me.

Jeff showed up a little late but did call beforehand. It took him almost 2 hrs to spray inside and out. I was impressed by his thoroughness.  I saw a significant decrease in the amount of spiders and bugs inside the empty house after a few weeks. I am very happy with the result so far. I did have to call a couple of times to establish an appointment initially.

Employees were polite and professional   scheduling disorganized original time was noon  office called two weeks before and said 8 am I asked for 9 am and was told that was fine then truck showed up at 8 am

They never showed up the following week.  I called twice.  When I talked with someone she dug up my records and said the guy should have never promised to come out the following week.  She said they were booked solid all summer.  Then she said, "oh, you're lucky, we can send someone out" on another date a few weeks out.  They never showed again.  These "deals" suck because the providers get overwhelmed by demand and can't possibly follow through.  Unfortunately, I lost $156 on an Angies List deal due to failed follow through from a provider that had an A rating.

They were very courteous in explaining the mis-understanding of the service being offered under the big deal ad.

The initial date I booked was about July 11th, but they had no record of it. The office staff was very kind to reschedule, but the first available reschedule date was not until August 29th.
I called the day of the service to verify that they were still scheduled, and what the estimated time of the appointment would be. I was told it was a 90 min service. They were due to arrive at 4pm.
At 5pm, I called and they told me they did not know when the worker would arrive, he was scheduled at 8am in Redmond and "should be on his way shortly". I had my father in law come over and wait for him, because we had to leave. The worker did not arrive until at least 30 more minutes after I left (more than an hour and a half late). My father in law said, the worker left less than 1hr later.
The work was not good. (Probably because by then he had worked an 11hr day and just wanted to get the heck home) The insulation was hanging out of the top of our crawl space (it was not like that when we left) and although the visqueen was laid down, it was not seamed properly. The most disappointing thing is that the purchase included sanitation, but there were still rat droppings blatantly visible immediately inside the crawl space along the wood work.
It smelled fresh, if that counts for anything.
To be honest, we did not contact the agency to have them address these issues because they were unapologetic about the tardiness in the first place, and it was unfair for them to schedule the same worker for a 4pm appointment in Maple Valley when he started at 8am in Redmond. And, my husband did not want to be bothered working with them again. We will look elsewhere. This was our first Angie's list deal purchase and it was a huge disappointment.

The big deal only deals with insect treatment and the deal says it deals with rats.

The service agent arrived on time and checked the perimeter of my house, looking for signs of rats, and explained ways to avoid attracting them. I have a bird feeder which does attract them. He also went down into the crawl space under the house to check for any signs of rodents there. (Fortunately, there were not any!) He then filled some cracks, and added many more screws to the screens on the entry doors to the crawl space, to secure it better. He checked the attic briefly, with a look and a smell test, and felt certain that there were no rats in the attic. He suggested that I get rid of, or move the bird feeder, and keep the seeds off the ground, to deter the rats. We also discussed the ant problem here, which is of epic proportions. He said he would get me a quote for that problem, but never did. He also discussed trapping rats, my cats, and other ideas about how to move forward, if necessary.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did a great job. They suggested some other things that we probably should do and they were really helpful. They went a little bit over when they saw all the problems we had so they did a couple of extra little things for us. We didn't spend any extra money. The price was fair especially for what they did. The quality was very good and we were happy with it. They came out when we needed them to. They really stepped up and helped us a lot.

Angel and his co-worker were prompt and professional.  Angel explained the process, showed me the areas that needed special attention before their work, and made suggestions regarding use of the area for storage after they were done.  The whole process was handled quickly and cleanly.   I was impressed, relieved to have the work completed, and ready to recommend this company to others after the crew left.

Everything turned out well.  They arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection, and were very professional in their dealings with me.
