These guys are the best! Responsive and thorough. Todd came to inspect and provide detailed quote - answered all my questions and offered great advice. Excellent company from first call to last. Process was initiated by call on a Friday and early the following week their representative Todd Jenkins came out to help specify the work proposal. In addition to their standard practices, they accommodated additional sealing and insulation that we wanted added. Costs were based on the size of our house and the work we requested to be done. We think we got a quality result. The first day their crew, Chrisofer Barrera (crew chief) and Pedro Denitez arrived at our home on time and worked steadily throughout the day removing insulation, cleaning, removing debris and the old vapor barrier and sanitizing. They protected our floors and cleaned up debris inside and outside. On the second visit Mr Barrera, Mr Denitez and a third gentleman arrived spot on time and worked steadily installing the vapor barrier, all the R-30 and R-11 insulation, and air sealing of plumbing and electrical penetrations as specified. We were very satisfied with all the work that was done. We found all of their staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. As we searched for the right company to come out, the company support staff were patient and helpful answering questions and clarifying their process. Mr Jenkins did a good job explaining their operations, processes, materials and costs. The company also has an excellent website with pictures and information. We received estimates for each work item and there were no surprises.

The Classic team was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We worked with them on a handful of projects as part of our renovation. Work was done over the span of a couple months but each crew was professional and did an outstanding job. The drainage system has worked like a charm and the crawlspace has remained dry ever since despite record rainfall. Awesome work all around.

They were great. I mostly interfaced with Michele in the office and she is great. She kept track of all the detail/dates and had us called as the technician was on the way. The work was done on our rental house to the arrival warning was very appreciated. I met the tech there after the clean up and hole patches and he was great to accompany me into the crawl space to inspect the work prior to the installation. Great outcome!

Can't say enough about these guys--they went above and beyond. They found a problem with a heating duct that we didn't know we had. It had become detached, and the heat was blowing into the crawl space. That explained why our house had seemed to heat so poorly recently They also looked for signs of rats and found none. They were all hard workers and we were very pleased with the insulation and with how clean the crawlspace looks.

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of service they provided. They kept my house as clean as possible during insulation removal, adjusted my baffle vents for better airflow, and blew in new insulation in about 3 hours. Cleaned up after themselves very well. And the price was great. Highly recommend this service to anyone needing new insulation.

It went very well. Jason came out and inspected the attic and the crawl space under the house thoroughly. He found no evidence of any intrusion by insects such as wasps, or rodents. He said my air vent duct for the dryer had been damaged at some point but had been recently repaired. He told me the noise I heard may have been caused by something trying to get in, but failed because all the vents around the base of the house were intact and nothing had been chewed or damaged. As a senior citizen I had been very worried as I intend to put the house up for sale in the Spring. I am so relieved and grateful to Classic for such excellent and trustworthy service.

After the initial installation of the insulation (by Classic), the insurance company recommended that a portion of the new insulation be removed so the wet floor could be properly dried. Although they didn't have to Classic came back to our home and removed the new (but wet) insulation and replaced it at no additional charge to me. From start to finish their people were thoroughly professional and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them.

The birds had stolen some of the insulation from the attic space, so they did insulation and bird's nest removal, Putting up screens, and basically replenished insulation that the birds had taken.

We are extremely disappointed and regret hiring Classic Insulation and Pest Control. We hired them based on the fact that they had good reviews, and they were the first company available to come out. We wanted the problem taken care of as soon as possible. The first technician they sent was very prompt and friendly, but the "inspection" of our house was very minimal. He walked around the perimeter and shined a flashlight into the crawl space and attic areas. He said he did not see any sign of an infestation and set some traps. He also showed me a few places where I could install steel screens to prevent future problems. After a few more sleepless nights listening to the loud scratching in our walls, I decided to call the company and express my concerns. The person on the phone was very polite and had a manager call me that day. The manager came out the next day to inspect our house. He was more thorough than the first person but could not see any entry point or rodent activity. I asked if it could be getting in through the roof and expressed my concern that they had not inspected the roof. That is when he disclosed the $350 fee we were paying did not include the roof and that the roof inspection would be an additional $475. I was not pleased that this was not disclosed to us when we scheduled our original appointment. If the problem is in the ceiling or attic, there is probably about a 50% chance the creature is getting in through the roof, so an inspection that does not include this is pretty worthless. To give them credit, the manager did offer to not charge us for any of the services we had received. He also did agree to go up on the roof and look at an attic vent that was above the location of the noise. He told us he saw a hole in the vent and that he would charge $800 to replace our attic vents or we could have a roofer do it. He did not propose any solution for trapping the animal. Since it is in the one part of our attic that is inaccessible, he said we could take a chance that it wouldn't be inside at the time we made the repairs and that if it died inside, we would have to deal with the odor for about 2-3 weeks. We determined that they were not up to taking care of the problem; however, we ultimately decided that it would not be ethical to pay them nothing for the two visits. They agreed to a reduced rate. I will say that they are responsive and polite, but I am angry that I wasted time with them. Good rodent exclusion specialists are booked way out, and I wish I would have gotten on the waiting list of the better companies sooner rather than dealing with Classic Insulation and Pest Control. The scheduling staff should have been up front that they do not do roof inspections and that they only do simple trapping in open areas.

At the same time, when I looked into this matter, I did find that we did not disclose that we have an additional charge for roof inspections/roof exclusion work when he called initially. It was not out of a desire to be duplicitous, but simply that there is a great deal of information to go over when customers call. As a result of this, we are changing company policy to reflect that information at the time a customer calls. We want everyone to be happy with the service we offer and will continue to work toward that goal. I am very glad the [Member Name Removed] did find us polite, punctual and responsive. Happy with the results so far. The initial visit was around $300, with about $500 worth of sealing modifications. Follow on bait boxes and inspections will run about $550 per year, but if it keeps the rats from eating up the the appliances, then it will be worth it.
