Our remodeled main bathroom leaked and we were devastated to have it all demolished! Coast Construction was referred to us the day they were done removing all our tile and were out the next day to look at our project. They helped with (actually thankfully took over) the entire insurance process. We were able to get our entire bathroom redone even better than before and in only a months time. The work is beautiful, couldn't be happier. And, they took down their plastic, cleaned up all the mess and reset our furniture everyday before they left. I hope anyone else who has to go through this process are able to find a company as dedicated as Coast and their team.

Coast Construction is a company that completely stands by their mission statement of 100% Customer Satisfaction. They specialize in Restoration and Reconstruction after insurance claims. They also perform non-insurance remodel work. I am spotlighting Coast Construction this month because when I bought my first home, within 3 days of owning it, I discovered I had a leak in my bathroom. This leak wasn't just a leak but had been an ongoing problem for some time. As a new homeowner, the stress of moving into a home, trying to figure out who to contact to get the work done timely (and to my satisfaction), this company went above and beyond. I wasn't set to move in for nearly a month. By move-in day, they had completely remodeled my bathroom to exactly how I wanted it, handled the insurance communication and essentially made it so that it was stress free. I would suggest using caution when considering using this business. My mothers home flooded from a burst pipe, and the water mitigation company recommended Coast construction. My suspicion was immediate when they wanted full payment upfront. After full payment, and weeks of going back and forth they finally showed up late in the evening to replace the insulation under the house, to protect the new pipes before a big freeze... Except they didn't finish. They left it half done, and couldn't even bother to let her know. Couldn't finish the belly wrap under the house either because they "couldn't find it". Luckily my husband was able to complete the insulation and belly wrap for her before her pipes froze... After an absolute lack of movement or priority on her project, she finally asked for a final invoice so she could move on to hire someone else. On the final invoice, they charged her for work that my husband had completed! And she was so frazzled by the awful experience she paid them.
