They were very professional. They brought all their own tools and stuff. They worked quickly and didn't make a mess. When they were done, they hauled all the over stuff away so I didn't have to worry about that. It was spendy but worth it.

We've been using these guys for quite a few years now for routine air duct cleaning and replacing gas furnace circuit board (2nd time in 8 yrs).  They're always punctual, courteous, efficient and willing to work with our schedule.  Several years ago, Jason (no longer with the company unfortunately) even came out to fix our furnace on his way to a party instead of having us wait over the weekend without heat.  The most recent visit was replacing the circuit board by Rob and Mike.  I asked them to take a look at our dryer duct since it was collecting lint on the surrounding wall area.  As it turned out the tubes were not even connected behind the wall.  Mike cut down the dry wall and screwed the tubes together and Rob even went outside to make sure it was working fine, all WITHOUT extra charge!  It wasn't a big task for them but for those who are not handy like us, it's a big help much appreciated.  These days, you can't find people who would touch your house without paying an arm and a leg let alone doing extra work for free.  As for the price, they're not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but for the peace of mind knowing they're a decent company, we'll gladly continue to use them.

Jake did an amazing job.  We couldn't feel heat coming out of the vents before Jake came by, but afterwards it was quite valuable.  I know there will be savings on the electric bill.  In addition, he had the opportunity to take advantage of us and charge a lot for the furnace, but he was honest and only did what was necessary.  We will definitely use Air Ductors Inc again.  I highly recommend this approach over all the teaser ads.

They repaired the problem. They did not have the right part with them. However, they ordered a new one and returned the next day which was fine. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up well and I have no complaints.

I used them three times in my previous home for both duct cleaning and furnace servicing.  Everything went well and I will call them anytime I need this type of service.

Jason was the technician that serviced our home.  He was on time, very personable, professional and knowledgeable.  He came in wearing covers on his shoes so nothing was tracked in to the house or on the carpet.  He worked his way through the house efficiently.  Unfortunately he had to move a heavy piece of furniture in one room to get to a vent.  We felt bad having forgotten the furniture was in the way but he just took care of it.  We've been wanting to install a heat pump.  Consequently, while Jason was here we asked several questions about a heat pump and generator.  He was very patient and informative regarding all of our questions and provided us warranty and pricing information for the heat pump.  Finally and most appreciated was that we mentioned smelling propane leaking from the fireplace.  He took time to look at it and confirmed there was a loose connection.  Since neither of us had the right wrench to tighten the connection and confirm that was the problem, he advised what we should do if after tightening the connection the smell persists. 
We would definitely recommend Air Ductors, Inc to others.

I was sceptical of air duct cleaning as I have heard more bad stories that good. We recieved a discount coupon in the paper a week ago and I decided to call Air Ductors and get an estimate. I was happy with the estimate and set the appointment for the 24th. Rob and Mike showed up on time and made sure they called in advance to let us know they were on the way. Upon arrival the set up their equipment, got the ducts ready and explained the entire process to me as they went along. Starting with the cold air return I was able to see exactly what the process was doing as the duct was in plain view. Wow!! It really works. After finishing the cleaning they (fogged) the air duct system with a chemical that killes any mold or mildew that might be present in the system.

Rob and Mike continued on with the cleaning of the furnace after I had a chance to inspect and see the condition they were speeking of. Well it doesn't take a technitian to see that it had to be done. By the way every time they steped into the house shoes came off. Both men were beyond professional and courtious. Nice to see that there are still folks like that around.

So the total bill with the coupon came to $410.00, not bad for all that work. Nice job guys!!!

Took about a week to obtain service which was not a problem.  I believe his name was Rob, very professional and courteous.  Special care was taken to ensure the interior of our home was not damaged to include carpets and walls (our washer and dryer is upstairs).  Completely cleaned the dryer vent which was terrible and had never been cleaned (yikes!) and he made mention about how it was almost clogged (double yikes!).  Serviced our furnace then pointed out the residue left from our blower in the old furnace burning out last spring.  Definitely needed cleaning and the company who replaced the blower didn't clean it whatsoever.  (The latter service was added when he was here.)  He was kind enough to leave a sticker by our main "service board" area in our garage for future service.  Very happy with the work completed.

The previous owners had a cat, which we are allergic to in our family, as well as the dust from the floor re-do so it was a big task. We chose Air Ductors based on their coupon we recieved in the mail and then checked them out on Angie's List. They were not the least expensive coupon we saw, but their reviews were great and we needed the job to be done well. Jason showed up right on time and was quick and very thoughout, taking care to cover his shoes in the house and being patient with my 2 and 4 year old who were very interested in what he was doing. The results are great as far as we can see and smell. My husband is very sensitive to dust and he could tell the difference from before and after as soon as he got home from work. I'll definitely be using them again for our yearly clean-out! Thanks!

They didn't do any air duct cleaning because they were going to wait until they installed the new furnace. I got a second opinion, and it turned out that the furnace was fine other than a few small parts and did not need replacing.

very well. we've used them for three years now. They do a nice job and were quick in getting a part for our furnace when it broke during some coldness last year. Plus, they have a great price for annual furnace check ups. All of the guys that have come to our home have been professional and knowledgable and, I've noticed, they have all remained with the company over the years.

Overall, the work done was satisfactory, but the prices were not at all competitive and further research has proven to me that air duct cleaning is not what companies like this make it out to be. When the furnace needed to be replaced, our home warranty company was shocked at the price quoted by Air Ductors. We did further research after the replacement and found the prices to be a bit high. Also, we were told the furnace purchased was the largest we could get for our house and would work fine for the square footage. We have since had to purchase several room heaters since the hot air does not reach all corners of the house. The furnace is also extremely noisy and Air Ductors basically told us there was nothing to be done about the noise. Another HVAC company installing a new outside gas line told us the furnace was definitely not the largest we could have purchased.

We initially chose this company because of the coupon we received in the mail for 12 vents for $99 - we have 11 vents so I thought that this was a good deal. I didn't read the fine print which charges an additional $30 for each cool air return. Since we have two, the $99 price became $159 before tax and this is required as part of the cleaning. Then the technician said that we should clean the furnace as well and I don't doubt the techician was right on that since it wasn't cleaned for over 4 years. But that was another $150. In the end the total bill was $338.36 with taxes. Our house is 1800 sqft. If I were to do this again, I would request a quote before hand for all three service items; (1) 11x heater vents (2) 2x cool air return and (3) 1x furnace cleaning. These three really go hand-in-hand. I think I would have received a better price for this service bundle if I shopped around first, but since they were already here when I realized that I needed to do the cool air return and furnace, I didn't bother sending them away. Advice is to check what you need and get a quote before hand and then shop around. Maybe one could save at least 35% by doing so. Should have checked Angie's list too - new at this thing. The technicians were very professional, though and I think that they were honest - just doing their jobs. But the ad left an impression for me that I was a bit misled. They also require a 4 hour window for the appointment. But they were accommodating too when I told them I had to be out to run an quick errand.
