This business goes by B&J Hochstatter Construction Management Inc. The phone # is 605-231-1123. They were excellent in the quality of their work. The quoted price was for the labor as the materials were handled by me. In the past I have had much difficulty in contractors not returning calls or not showing up for the estimates. This has been a frequent occurrence. This company returned my call & were very responsive. They were also much cheaper than the only other contractor that followed through. I paid him a little more as I was very please with the work. I would hire back in a heartbeat.

Bill Sloan, owner, has helped me a number of times over the years with home maintenance issues. He has a small back hoe and came within an hour when I had a septic backup and needed the tank cover exposed. He also came immediately when I called him re a gutter that needed to be cleaned as it was overflowing.  He has moved large plants for me with his back hoe and is quite expert at this process. He does both inside and outside work, although I have only used him personally for outside projects or repairs.
