Tand C Fence gave an estimate and was prompt at getting to work. Work was done quickly and efficiently and clean up was as promised. This company underbid all others but did a fine job.

They take a while to get, probably because of their high rating, but it was worth the wait. The fence is beautiful. They said because it was such a little job they would come one day after another job to set the posts and then come back after the cement hardened. They came about 4 p.m. the first day to set the posts and cleaned up after themselves. A couple days later they came and had the fence up in about 45 minutes. The neighbors have told us how beautiful it looks.

Work went really well. New fence looked just like the old fence in design.

The person taking the call was unwilling to consider an appointment at any other time than the Monday-Friday 10:00-3:00 time frame.

Showed up on time and did a good job!

Although they did not give the lowest estimate, we selected Town and Country because of their high rating on Angie's List and because their estimator, Adam, was very good about explaining our options. Scheduling was exactly as Adam told us it would be. The work was performed on 2 days. The posts were set in concrete on the first day, and 5 days later the rails and planks were installed. The job was done very efficiently and the finished fence looks very neat. The crew cleaned the work site well, but forgot to haul off a section of old fence they had removed.

Efficient demolition and haul-away of old fencing; quick installation of the new fencing; excellent cleanup. Only problem was that a post was bumped when they backed out their truck (a neighbor witnessed it -- they didn't inform me), fortunately the damage was only cosmetic. I'd use them again.

This was an extremely positive experience from beginning to end. The salesperson, George Marks, performed an estimate, was friendly and professional, and provided additional write-ups for us to decide on which proposal was what we wanted exactly. The appointment for the construction of the fence was offered to us weeks earlier than we even expected would be available in their schedule. The two teams who constructed the fence were punctual, courteous, worked non-stop, and got this entire large project done in two days. We are very happy with the quality of the final product, and would recommend this company highly. They lived up to the many positive reports already on Angie's List.

The fence looks great. They were on time, on schedule, and on budget. They even worked around our schedule so we could plan for not having a fence for a 2 days while the posts set.

Company arrived on time. They performed all work as quoted, and helped with good advice to make some cosmetic style suggestions. Work was completed on time, with no problems at all. They were very careful not to cause any damaged to plants etc. They cleaned up after they left.

I wanted puppy-tight fencing put in. The person who came out and gave an estimate was very nice and informative. The posts were put in about the time that they said it would, but the boards were put up earlier than expected. I was impressed with the care and consideration of the ''leader'' of the group who came to put up the boards. They didn't have all the hardware for the gates and had to come back for that (and weren't able to put the hardware up for a couple of days after they said they would). All and all, we're pleased with the job that they did.

We were very pleased. They were responsive with estimate request, even right after a big wind storm. They gave good advice, and the finished product was exactly what we asked for. Part of the installation was in a very tight place between a retaining wall and sprinkler system. They installed offset posts, but they still hit a sprinkler line in one spot. They immediately shut off the water, contacted a sprinkler repair service and arranged for them to come fix the leak, notified us of the problem, and took care of the problem with no charge. Quality of the workmanship and materials was excellent, and they were FAST. They use over sized posts, which are more attractive and undoubtedly more durable. Even the sprinkler guy complemented their work.

They promptly came out and gave me an estimate. The work was performed as promised and satisfactorily. Employees were professional.

SALESMAN KEPT HIS WORD, AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND WHEN THEY COULDN'T REACH ME THEY LEFT. THIS CREATED A HASSLE, BUT THEY WERE THE LOW BID OF THREE AND THE ONLY BELOW $5000. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I DON'T THINK THEY HAVE CALL WAITING BECAUSE I HAD A HARD TIME CONTACTING THEM.

THEY WERE HELPFUL, ON TIME AND USED EXCELLENT MATERIALS.

THE FENCE PROVIDED US WITH THE SECURITY OF OUR HOME AND THE PROTECTION OF OUR PETS. THE FENCING WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. OVERALL, WE HAD GREAT SERVICE AND QUICK INSTALLATION.

I HIRED THEM ON A PAST OCCASION AND WOULD DO SO AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND FAIR. THE PRICE IS KIND OF HIGH, JUST LIKE ALL OF THEM ARE.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK ON THIS PROJECT. THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN PRICE AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN FUTURE AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY FENCE AT GREAT PRICE.

MYSELF, AND MY NEIGHBORS TO THE SOUTH AND NORTH, DECIDED TO DO OUR FENCES AT THE SAME TIME, HAVE THE SAME LOOK, AND USE THE SAME CONTRACTOR. WE PICKED TOWN and COUNTRY BECAUSE OTHER NEIGHBORS HAD USED THEM.

THEIR ESTIMATE WAS NEARLY $2,000 LESS THAN ANOTHER COMPANY FOR A SIMILAR QUALITY FENCE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY. WE HAD A MINOR COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SECTION OF FENCING AND THE LENGTH OF THE BOARD INSTALLED. THEY PROMPTLY CORRECTED THIS.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE ACTUAL WORK. HOWEVER, I WOULD MAKE TWO COMMENTS: ONE, IT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE DESIGN WORK TO BE VERY THOROUGH ON A PROJECT LIKE THIS BECAUSE THE ABILITY OF THE ACTUAL WORKERS TO MAKE CHANGES IN VERY LIMITED, AND SECOND IT'S IMPORTANT TO SPECIFY THE GRADES OF MATERIALS USED.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS USED, TIMELINESS OF COMPLETING THE JOB, AND THEY WERE ALSO WILLING TO WORK WITH US AND OUR NEIGHBORS TO SAVE THEIR ATTACHED LEAN-TO IN ADDITION TO REPLACING THE FENCE IN THAT LOCATION. THEY HAD TO WORK WITH SEVERAL UNEVEN CONCRETE FOOTINGS AND MADE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. THEY REPLACED SOME BOARDS IN THE FINISHED FENCE THAT HAD CRACKED. NO PAYMENT WAS REQUIRED UPFRONT UNTIL WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
