I appreciated that they were not pushy and that they remembered me three weeks later when I came back after I made my decision. I also appreciated that when we told them we wanted this ring to match my other ring, they noticed I needed to have some prongs replaced. And for a reasonable price. So we use them not only for sales but for repair.
