Once all materials were removed a great deal of dryrot was revealed requiring extensive carpentry work and adding a week to the schedule. Lenny brought in a great carpentry crew who did outstanding work.The crew was hardworking and professional, working through the weekend to take advantage of the dry weather. Each day the crew cleaned up the area. They also hauled away at least 4 truckloads of roofing and wood.

Work started on the day specified, and was finished in one day. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Skylight replacements had to be special ordered, but were installed within a week despite a 3 day holiday weekend. Looks great.

I received a recommendation from a friend who used Pinnacle Roofing recently for a re-roof and was very satisfied. We got 5 estimates and liked Lenny's the best. In fact, the entire process was seamless and easy. The estimate was performed in a timely manner and work was started within a couple weeks. Lenny's crew was very professional and extremely hard working. Lenny himself showed up on the first day to see how the work was progressing. The work was completed in 2 & 1/2 days at a very reasonable rate and looks fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Pinnacle Roofing to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced.

We had a great experience with Lenny and the crew. He was responsive,called and showed up when he said he would and provided good honest information about his products and services. The crew showed up when expected, worked like crazy, cleaned up behind themselves and disappeared at dusk. They were back the next day and finished up. They were very tidy and posted warning signs that they were on the roof - very professional all the way around. We were VERY pleased with the job and the crew.

The Pinnacle crew arrived on the agreed upon day, with a large crew. They worked steadily for about 4 days to complete the job. They started promptly each morning and worked until early evening. They did a thorough clean up before leaving the site. The skylight was the last remaining thing to be done and when it was completed on 8/6, the owner's rep inspected the job before collecting final payment. We were very happy with the work, and with the company.

Great work done. I had a few problems come up during the roofing project, but Pinnacle took care of the issue promptly which proved their professionalism and commitment to quality work.
It rained during the installation of the new roof and despite the roofers efforts to protect the house, some water did get inside. I didn't discover the leak until almost midnight. I called Pinnacle intending to leave a message, but got the owner on the second ring. He and another crew member were at the house in 45 minutes, and they fixed the apparent leak. They worked on the roof until almost 2 AM to make sure no more rain could get inside. They came back the next day to inspect the attic space to check for water damage and found none. Everything dried out and there everything was fine again.

Lenny was very knowledgeable and his guys appeared to fix the roof leak. Another roofing company wanted to replace torchdown with plastic and a few courses of shingles all around the house ($12K!) (they don't use torchdown at all). So I was impressed with Lenny's honesty and knowledge.

I can't begin to properly express how thorough and FAIR they were. I felt good about them from the very first visit. When the job was complete, they cleaned up and when they left, you wouldn't even know they had been here...except for the beautiful new roof. You simply can't go wrong choosing this company.

This was a positive experience. Lenny came and looked our roof over before submitting his bid and explained things that could change when the old roofing was removed. That was very good, because we had lots of rotting plywood and some parts of rafters that needed to be replaced. We were updated regularly about the changes and what they would cost. We ended up feeling confident the work that needed to be done for us to have a roof that will last has been done. The weather was uncooperative with wind and rain, but the crew worked long hours when they had opportunity. They even worked at night under artificial lighting and once under a tarp when rain began before they finished a task that needed to be completed before they left. The crew were friendly, but very focused on doing their job. They did a good cleanup of the area every day before leaving.
We feel we ended up better off than just having old roofing replaced because (1) they made sure all the rotted parts were replaced, (2) the problem with overlap and pooling water is resolved, (3) the inefficient skylight was upgraded, (4) the drains and downspouts are improved- no more waterfalls, (5) the venting system is improved, and (6) according to our research the IB roofing material is one of the best- if not the best- out there for our needs.

They were very good. They did a great job. The workers were friendly, and they didn't make a mess. They cleaned up everything. It worked out very well. We got quotes from 4-5 different companies, and Pinnacle gave us the Angie's List discount.

The quality of the work was clearly better than our previous installer. We paid extra to have the IB Company independently guarantee the roof after an inspection. Pinnacle's job easily passed the inspection. The installers were professional, courteous and worked fast and well even in the cold weather. My only complaint was that they were very slow in getting around to doing the job - we had originally talked to them in early summer and the work wasn't done until December.

Lenny (the owner) reponded promptly to my e-mail from the Pinnacle web site. He dispatched Paulo the same day. Paulo diagnosed the problem as a leaking vent and came back early the next morning with the necessary materials and repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. The leak was showing up in a ceiling sheetrock seam, and that seam has remained dry since the fix. Our experience with Pinnacle ensured that we will use them in the future should the need arise.

Apparently during the new year time when Sammamish experienced high velocity winds, one of the vents in the roof broke. When it rained really bad on the 4th of January, it started leaking thru the roof. The insulation in the attic became wet and the ceiling in one of our guest bed rooms became moist. We noticed it in the night and the first thing in the morning (5th Jan), we called around 4 roofing guys from Angie's list and asked for estimates to repair. They all came and gave us quotes. It seemed that we have a roof that can last 20 years, but vents that were all made of plastic and would last only 5 to 6 years. One of the guys, who gave a quote told us if it isn't broken why do you want to fix all the vents? Just fix the one that is broken and move on. But Lenny from Pinnacle, explained to us clearly the ramifications of leaving plastic vents on the roof and gave us a quote to replace all the plastic vents with new metallic vents. He had guys ready to work on a Saturday. Pablo came by on Saturday and kept working without any breaks. He replaced 15 vents in all and replaced the neoprene pipe boots too. We had to persuade him to take a 10 minute lunch break. He took pictures of how the vents were before and after repair. Lenny has given us a warranty of 1 year for the labor. We are waiting for the rains to show up to see if the vents are up to it. We will update the list with the after effects of the rain as soon as we get it. Lenny also sent us someone to replace the drywall. He cut the ceiling up, replaced it, sanded, textured and painted the ceiling- all in one day. All of this was done before the other roofing guy even gave us a quote to repair. We would hire Lenny anytime for any roofing job or repairs. He is very patient and answered all our questions. He is a true professional and always sent guys on time. We didn't have to wait for too long.

The original roof was pitched incorrectly so that water pooled in one corner, and that was where the leak was. They removed the old roof, and downspouts, and the trim cap on the top of the wall. The new roof is 80 Mil vinyl, and has a life time warranty. The downspouts were original and 2" in diameter, these were replaced with new larger downspouts, so the water can quickly flow off of the roof. We were flexible as to the start date, so that there was a couple of month gap from the estimate to the start of the work. The work was completed quickly including having to have a roof cap custom bent to replace one that was bent and leaking.

I had leaks around one skylight and around the chimney. I contacted Pinnacle Roofing at (206) 919-3538 and spoke with Lenny Schwartz. He met with me the same day and submitted the estimate the next day.I wanted to have the skylights replaced as well as the gutters. Lenny's crew began by removing a tree branch which was extending over the roof. The roofing job started shortly after the materials arrived. They found rotted wood around the chimney and replaced and painted the chimney siding. They replaced and painted several fascia boards.
Lenny kept me informed me of any problems as they were found so I was aware of extra costs as they occurred. The job was completed in about ten days. (it was a very wet week!)

Areas of my roof were starting to cave in due to condensation damage caused by poor ventilation. I received 3 bids. Lenny was by far the most thorough in evaluating the situation inside the attics as well as outside on the roof. He came out to my house within 24 hours of my call to him and provided me with a detailed bid via email that evening. His price was more reasonable than the other bids I received. The roofers did a great job. They arrived on time, performed all the necessary work in a day, and cleaned up everything before leaving. All in all, I was very happy with the whole experience.
