Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
To make this short after two years of repairs on my 25,000.00 ring it is thrashed! And Jared's jewelers were the one that did it !!!! They take no responsibility for the damages their jewelers did to the diamond and the setting. Every time we took it in for a repair from the damage they caused it would come back with something different wrong that they also caused. Needless to say they would only keep trying to fix it and not replace it. They have the most positive and friendly, helping attitudes that keep stringing you along till .....I am now suing. The worst part is they took something that was supposed to be special and made it into a nightmare. Please don't go to Jared's!!!! Kmart could do better.
