Jo and Insulation Co. were perfect. I chose them based on reviews. They walked me through getting my 1925 vermiculite insulation tested for asbestos (it was ok, no asbestos) and explained the timing with the electrician. Extremely helpful. Then the 3-person team led by Julio came out and did the job this morning. Incredible. They cleaned up on their way out. I recommend 100%.

As we were selling our house, we learned that the attic had a big mold and rodent problem. We got several quotes, but Insulation Co gave us by far the best one, in terms of price but also in terms of giving us confidence that they would do a good and complete job. Jo is very knowledgeable and efficient. We were not disappointed. The crew was professional and fast, and they went over and beyond to find the root causes of the issues, and addressed them. I was referred by a local contractor. Customer service was great. Phone call resulted in quick proposal emailed. Once accepted, work scheduled timely. Crew showed up as stated in scheduling. 4 1/2 hrs later, job complete. Crew was friendly & cleaned up all debris. I am very happy w/results. They helped me with applying for gas utility rebate as well.

Removed old fiberglass insulation that at one time was rodent infested. Removed old plastic ground cover sheeting. Installed new ground cover black plastic sheeting and new fiberglass insulation.
This was in the basement crawl space in my 9-unit apartment building. Very satisfied with the work - they were very responsive to some follow up work - would definitely recommend .

Jo was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Bid was very reasonable, I had 2 other bids and they were the best overall. The workers arrived a few minutes early which was great & did the work in a very timely manner. I had my crawl space done. Removed all of the old insulation and vapor barrier, sanitized, rodent proofing and reinstall insulation and barrier as well as the access door.

Insulation Co (Jo Estrada) had insulation installers come to our century old house to remove old attic insulation, do a bit of mold remediation, insulate the bathroom fan exhaust, cover the two previously open gable spaces at either end of our roof, then blow in new cellulose insulation. All this took a day, and all was cleaned up like nothing happened. Polite, efficient, professional, and the price was competitive.

These guys were great, and the owner, Jo Estrada, a pleasure to work with. A crew of 5 spent 5 hours cleaning, inspecting, and replacing insulation and vapor shield in our crawl space. They took pictures of everything, before and after. THe crew was pleasant, and worked really hard.... couldn't believe how much stuff they removed from under there. The crawl space is tight, but they didn't complain (at least to us!). They gave us good recommendations for some repairs needed for the foundation. All for a most reasonable price, compared to other estimates. They deserve every star they can get!
