Spayed for spiders in downstairs and around outside. So far so good.

They came back after two weeks and checked the boxes and rebait and then come every 90 days or so to check and rebait the boxes.  Since they started we have had many fewer rats.  We were able to get plums and apples this year without rat bites in them.  Before they come to check the boxes, they call us to let us know that they will be here.When they come, someone personally comes to the door before to let us know they are on the property and after to let us know what they have found and what they did. 
We did have to sign a year long contract with them.  However, it seems to be worth it.

Raymond is THE expert on BEDBUGS in Spokane, and he is HONEST, knowledgeable, and the only one of several exterminators I had come out to the house when I suspected I had bedbugs after my little granddaughter awoke with 84 of what appeared to be itchy bites on her trunk after sleeping in one of my bedrooms. 
Two exterminators, including a man with a bedbug sniffing dog, came to my home. even thought neither could find any sign of bedbugs, both were convinced they were there and wanted me to have my home heat treated. Raymond's company, EnviroPRO Pest Solution Professionals, 2910 East 57th Avenue #5  Spokane, WA 99223, was contacted by one of the other companies to do the heat treatment. 
Raymond could have told me the house had to be treated and charged me $4,500, but he told me instead that he could find no evidence of an infestation, and it would be unethical to treat my home. He came back a second time and spent an hour rechecking the room, especially the places where the bedbug dog had alerted, and could find nothing. Again he said it was his professional opinion that there were no bedbugs and never had been, and he would not treat my house or take my money.
 Raymond came to my home twice and talked with me on the phone several times. He sat with me and talked about other options for what might have caused the problem and even took samples of some gnats that were caught on sticky boards in the room to an entomologist who said they were harmless. He did all of this WITHOUT CHARGING ME A PENNY. 
He did tell me that most people in the Pest Control business were NOT trained in bedbug detection, and were not qualified in this specialty area. From my experience, I would agree with him wholeheartedly. Both men from other Pest Control companies pressured me to the point of tears and misidentified beetles as bedbugs, when it was clear to me, definitely a non-expert, that this was not a bedbug. I got the distinct impression that they simply wanted to get me to pay for a service I did not need. 
it turned out that the "bites" were a rash resulting from a reaction to a pair of new Disney Princess pajamas. 
I am extremely grateful to Raymond for his honesty, integrity, and willingness to give of his time and expertise to help without even charging me. i cannot recommend him highly enough. if you suspect you have or are told you have a bedbug infestation, call Raymond of EnvirPro. He is THE expert on bedbugs in Spokane. What a fine man and an excellent company.

Hire this man!!  He is the BEST!!  We had Raymond come out because we thought we had bed bugs.  We had carpet beetles instead, which is a good thing (Not that we had carpet beetles but it is much easier to control and so much cheaper). Raymond's work ethic is unsurpassed.  He is a professional in every sense of the word--punctual, informative, responsive and effective.   Another great trait is that he is personable.  Not only didl he take care of the carpet beetles, he inspected the basement and the outside of the house.  I am a tough critic and have never done a review before but this man deserves accolades.  I repeat:  "Hire this man!"  You will not be disappointed.

I saw some bugs in the garage I called them and, they came right back out. They are prompt, and professional. Their rates are fair. I will continue to use their services.

They are fine.  They are like any other company; I don’t think they are any special.  They did get rid of our carpenter ants, so that’s good.  All of their products are non-toxic.  They did a great job.

I called Pointe Pest Control and even though they were very busy, one of their field personnel called me back promptly and discussed their options.  He was very helpful and gave me suggestions as to what to do and NOT do.  They assured me they could solve the problem if necessary and would respond quickly. As it turned out, I was able to take care of the infestation myself.  But, I would not hesitate to call them in the future if the problem recurs.  They were very professional and helpful.

I've been using them for over a year. They are here when they are supposed to be. I am happy with their service. I don't know if the service could be better but they are servicing me fine. They come promptly and they come on a schedule. They are punctual.  They are on a maintenance contract so I will continue to use them.

I wanted someone that would do ecological pest control. The fellow came out and spent time. He really did a good job. He explained everything to us. I bought a package for $617 and they come out every three months. They come out 30 days after the initial one so that was the visit in July. Now they will come out every 90 days for the next year. That was all included in my payment. So far they have done an excellent job and I haven't seen any carpenter ants. They even got rid of all the wasps' nests. They were very professional. They first sent out a representative who went over everything and then the person who actually did the spraying came out. I like their service and professionalism.

Some ingenious birds found a way to build a nest underneath the steel siding of my house about 15 feet up from the ground. They were dislodging the siding and creating a mess down the front of the house. After several unsuccessful attempts to find a company that would do the job, I called EnviroPRO and got an immediate response and we set up an appointment for an estimate the next morning. He arrived on time, gave me a fair price, and then proceeded to do the work. He got the birds to leave safely and then removed all of the nesting material. He also cleaned the siding, and replaced a piece of siding that had fallen when the birds dislodged it last year. In less than an hour, the side of the house was back to normal and bird-free. EnviroPRO knows what they are doing and it really was a total professional experience.
