Anthony with Veltex Services was very helpful, communicative, and flexible. His employees were very professional and did an exceptional job on our deep clean/move out project.

Anthony was very responsive with communication and answers to questions. He was also very understanding and flexible when I encountered an unexpected conflict with our original scheduled appointment date. The two ladies that performed the "move out deep cleaning" did an exceptional job. I am very pleased with the out come and would highly recommend Veltex Services. I will definitely use them for any future cleaning jobs I may have.

They were really inexpensive and kept up with communications during the entire process. They accommodated my last minute request with no issues. There were a couple of very small spots that I hadn't noticed during my post-service walkthrough, but I'm fully confident that Anthony would have cleaned it if I'd noticed it before. Overall, great value and awesome service.

When I showed up to inspect the unit after they had cleaned it, it was still dirty. The fridge had visible food debris and stove was still full of grease and debris. When I commented on stove hood being dirty, owner of the company got confrontational and said hood was not part of stove cleaning. He then proceeded to move the fridge to show how good a job they did but instead revealed piles of dirt and plastic under fridge. Said wall marks weren't cleanable and then i wiped them away with a bare finger. Overhead horizontals were still caked with dust. Tub and shower barely touched. Do not use this service.
