Seemed a little high priced. I did not receive an invoice which would have been good to have.

We had a multitude of projects from dry wall repair to painting. Some major and some minor repairs. Roman could do them all. He is quick and efficient and very cordial. He's a very self motivated and talented guy.

Very nice, reasonable as could not do the work myself, worked quickly vandalized efficiently.

The owner, Roman, was very efficient, business minded and polite. I would recommend him.

Roman was courteous, gave a good quote, and did a very good job repairing leaks in our outdoor irrigation pipes. He not only fixed the leak but corrected the mistake made by the people who installed the system to prevent future leaks. I am happy to have someone who cares about my home in the same way I would care about it. I would highly recommend O.C. Bohemia Construction to my neighbors!

What Roman did was useful, but he was unable to find the leak without additional information that I did not have, nor could I get it. My main complaint is that I emailed Roman after his visit with a question, but received no reply. I expected, or at least hoped, that someone I had hired to do a job would reply to a follow-up question.

We had started out thinking the project would be a small one, but Roman was responsive to our needs and took on other assignments as they became necessary. It was helpful for us to have one person take on several assignments. Overall he and his team did a very good job.

They were quick and friendly. Wall repair looks great!

Very prompt response to my inquiry. Installed them when they were done. Gave me tips to keep from damaging screens in the future.

I really liked the contractor who came out and would use him for other projects, however I did find another leak which I pointed out that wasn't taken care of and I didn't understand what needed to happen to have this taken care of in terms of the sprinkler system.

Once I emailed for the job, I received a call and the work was done the next day. Roman did great work and cleaned up after, I would use him again.

Within minutes of emailing my request I received a phone call from Roman and scheduled a meeting to measure our screens that afternoon. We agreed on a price and the screens were installed the following Monday. On time - good quality and workmanship - fair price.

Great guy, shows up on time. Lawn looks absolutely terrible, very uneven cuts,debris all over lawn, missed areas, weedeated the edges down to the dirt...etc etc. Sounds like he does great work in other areas according to the reviews.

The job turned out to be bigger than expected, as well as having some scheduling problems with another contractor. Very pleased with his availability and work quality. I will use him again if needed.

The first day he had to handle an emergency repair, so called to tell me when I could expect him- which was good. He worked quickly to see the problem and then get the replacement part. The first day he was here 2-3 hours. The second day he came promptly on time with everything needed and in two hours everything else was fixed and tested. He was working outside on two very hot days, but was efficient, polite and professional.

He called me and came out the same day to checkout my project. He completed the project the following day. I had him install a large sun shade on the upper level of my home where I have siding. It was 91 degrees and the hottest part of the house! He did a fantastic job!

Asked him to give me a bid on removing popcorn ceiling. He was prompt and courteous.

The owner called us back right away, to find out what we needed and to schedule an app't. He arrived on time and even though the exact hardware for the project was not at hand, he did great work. He was repairing vertical blinds that had broken, and he removed a troublesome contraption that was supposed to be for curtains. He removed it and installed a new rod for us. He also smoothed over the wall before installing the new rod. Thanks!

I had the drain pipe to my dishwasher fall off. I called Roman, he called back when he said he would, he showed up on time. Roman was professional, got right to the job. It was a simple job, but I didn't know how to fix it. I am going to receive a bid from him on tiling my bathroom. I think I have just found my overall "Handyman"

Very polite, efficient, did what he promised, qualified. Charged what he said he would charge. Overall very satisfied.
