They offered to come on a regular basis but we didn’t need that service. They completed everything with no problem.

They call us every three months to remind us that its time to schedule another appointment.  They have reasonable pricing and work to find a way to get the most value for your money.

I have been using them for twenty years. They are always fair with their estimates. They guarantee their work. They are very informative. They have shared techniques with me. Their treatments have been effective.

It went pretty good. They did a good job and treated the problem.

We just had a very good experience with them.  We have used them in the past and we just had an excellent experience with them again.  The guy who gave us our estimate came out and did an inspection after the work was done, which we have never had anybody do that before.  The work was done actually at our daughter's house but we were the ones responsible for hiring them and paying them.  My husband was replacing a floor and in replacing the floor he was also working on the laundry room and when he got into the laundry room there was some, what we didn't know at that time, moisture ant damage to the studs of the house, so he had Williard's come out and they found a dormant moisture ant nest under the house, so they gave us an estimate for work that needed to be done in the crawl space which was a very shoddy work whoever did it last time because they only did which we could see from the entry to the crawl space, so part of the insulation had never been put in, vapor barrier had never been put in, so this guy went through the whole crawl space telling us exactly where there was missing insulation, where the vapor barrier had not been applied and gave us a new estimate for having the crawl space cleaned.  The insulation installed and the new vapor barrier put down under the whole house.  He gave us the lower estimate than we had had before and so we signed up on the spot for them to come and do that because we had wanted to do that since we got the little house.  He then came back after my husband had torn out the wall and replaced the wood, he came back and sprayed for the insects even though the nest was dormant.  He wanted to be sure that there wasn't anything going on that they couldn't see, so we had bug spray in the wall and under the house.  Then few days later, the Williard's guys came out and did all the work under the crawl space for us and then the guy who had come and found the problem and found the nest and given us the estimate went above and beyond the duty and came back and inspected the work to be sure that everything had been completed.  We have never had anybody come back and inspect.  We were just thrilled with his ownership of work that he would take the time to come out and inspect the work himself.

We live close to a bunch of trees so they take care of the spiders and other bugs. They do a really good job and they worked for me on a rodent problem when I was over seas. I am very loyal to them for that. They went above and beyond.

I have been using them for last 3 years.  I used them last week and I pay $60 a month. The work that they do varies; originally it was inspection for rodents, ants and things like that.  Now they come monthly for exterior spraying for ants and spiders.  We have one of their people who comes to work at our house, we find him very knowledgeable and he is very good at what he does.  We had a really good experience with them.  I found them to be thorough and knowledgeable.

I went in there for some advice and traps.

Their insulation installers showed up when promised, did the work, and left! Simple as that. Everything went smoothly. We blew in a fiberglass insulation over our existing 6" of insulation. We were able to achieve a wonderfully warm R-40. The installers were friendly enough, professional, and someone followed up to make sure that there were no new rat trails in my fluffy new insulation.

They were here within an hour.  They dealt with our yellow jacket problem and they never came back.  They were very professional.  They were not totally aware of the discount, but they had it printed and they willingly accepted it.  They let us know that if we saw them again to give them a call right back and they’d be right back out.

They were very responsive and easy to work with.  The price was good and they were very thorough.  They were flexible and seemed knowledgeable.  I will continue to use the same in future.

They were very professional and very cost-effective. They were very practical in the sense that they didn't prescribe anything that we did not feel was necessary. We would use them again.

Without easy access, the crew were nevertheless able to successfully replace the insulation.  They left the surroounding area clean.  Professional, friendly, on time.  Subsequent followup by company staff (Mark) to ensure job was done properly (good phone communication when arrival delays)..

 I felt totally confident that his approach was correct and was extremely pleased at his willingness to further educate me on the situation.  He was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with.  He made the discomfort I was feeling of having to deal with these nuisance ants go away.  I'm optimistic that his application of bait will do the job and eliminate the ants.  I'm very glad I called this company!!

We tried a number of things but the ants always came back.  I called Willard's.  They took care of all of the ants. It was so quick, easy and tidy I don't remember much about them but the ants are gone! 

The work went just fine. They did the work and all of the pests were gone.

we were impressed with the company's prompt response to a rodent problem at our vacation cabin in the cle elum, wa area. Their service tech. Savoie was at the residence the very next day after receiving word of our prob. He was nice, professional and thorough! We look forward to working with him in the future :-)

Willard's has helped us several times. The first time we thought we had a hornet nest in our attic. We had called another company who told us we had 4 nests that needed extermination. The cost was higher than we were willing to pay. My dad recommended Willard's - they came and inspected the nests, and told us that all of them were dead except one little one that looked like it was dying (it was autumn). They put no pressure on us to have them kill the nest, and told us it was actually outside and would probably die off soon. I think we ended up spraying it ourselves. They didn't charge us for their time, and were willing to answer all our questions. The second time they helped us was when we caught and killed several mice in our house. Willard's performed a complete inspection, didn't find any more mice or signs of them, and recommended what we could do at home to prevent further problems. They are friendly but professional; I totally felt like they were being honest and straightforward with me (unlike the first company that told me I had 4 hornet nests in my attic). I have consistently recommended Willard's to our friends in need.

They are my regular pest control company. They have helped me with the rats in the past. They did a good check as my neighbors had similar problems. I rate them high overall. I will continue using them in the future.

Had a carpenter ant infestation, had them back once more about a month later, never have seen any since.

We had work on some siding that needed to be done and the workman noticed wasps near to where he would be working. Of course, we needed to have the nest removed before he could begin work. Williards had someone out right away. The nest was under the house and apparently as large as a watermelon. Work was done and we also had him spray the eaves for additional wasp prevention. It seemed very costly to me, but the work was guaranteed and the work was finished quickly so the contractor could continue the other work on the house without delay.
