WARNING!!! Do not buy here!!! They will rip you off here. Wanted to order a Sienna 3 months ago but during the paperwork they tried to sneak in a 7k markup. I walked out but they followed me and agreed to drop it. 2 weeks before arrival I brought in my trade to be prepared for the transaction and we AGREED ON A PRICE! Van arrives and they write the paperwork up with thousands less than they AGREED to give me. What am I going to do? Wait another 3 months. Horribly unethical dealership!

I only trust Toyota of Kirkland with my truck! Mr. Mackin, the service manager, and his team are to notch and provide amazing service! I cannot recommend him and his team enough! Honest, through, friendly and make sure that all my meds are taken care of. I do not trust anyone else with my vehicle and am ensured everytime I bring my vehicle in that it will be taken care of with the highest standards! Everytime I go in they provide exceptional service and last out all my options so I can make the best decision possible for the maintenance of my truck! I highly recommend seeing them for all your Toyota maintenance needs! I'm a customer for life!

We had a problem where our filter housing on are Toyota Corolla was stuck. We made a mark on the housing itself and went to this location to get an oil change. On the paperwork they said that they were able to open up the housing and change the oil filter but when we lifted our car and looked at the mark, it was in the exact same spot and the housing was still stuck. We went back to Toyota and told them that they didn't change the filter even though, on the paperwork, they said they had They lifted up the car, had three separate people attempt to open up the housing, and then had the gall to tell us that we broke it overnight. They lied on their paperwork that they changed the filter instead of letting us know that they wouldn't be able to do anything. On top of that they were extremely unprofessional. The assistant manager, wasted a bunch of our time running around with paperwork, saying "here it says that they change the filter". He was to one who accused us of breaking it overnight. We asked for his boss and his boss, the service manager, Nick Schriner kept interrupting us and even laughed when we were trying to explain our situation. The blatant unprofessionalism of this location is appalling. I have never in my life had my time so wasted nor been disrespected as I have been at this location If I were able to put 0/5, I would have. If they own up to their mistake and fix the problem that they didn't fix previously and lied about, I will happily change this review to five stars. And authorized Toyota dealer, didn't change our oil filter. It's baffling. In short, blatantly unprofessional for lying and telling us we broke it overnight, when they themselves didn't fix the problem.

They are okay. The last couple of times, I have been there they have done an excellent job. My car overheated and everything plugged up. It is a '97 and I was actually going to just junk the car out. I was like it only has 127,000 even though it is 20 years old. They also give you a free loaner which I appreciate. They were quite good and they give you the free loaner. They ordered the radiator and the one that came in actually had a problem. So, they had to reorder it. So I had the loaner for like 3-4 days. It was fine because as long as I had a car.

I have a warranty with them. Outstanding waiting area.

I feel confident when I go to them they do very good work. I always take my car to them. The prices are always fair I trust them they don't make us stuff thats wrong with my car.

WENT VERY, VERY BAD. Lucky to get home safe.

They did good work.

We use them regularly. We bought one of our cars there. They are completely reliable, reasonably priced and know what they are doing. The price out of pocket because the car is no longer covered by the dealership. They are highly professional and do the job on time. One time they took longer than they thought they should and they decided not to charge me. I have an appointment with them tomorrow.

I bought a 2010 Prius from Toyota of Kirkland and until my warranty expired, everything went very well, which is expected, because my car was new and I was getting it regularly serviced on schedule. Until my last visit, I was able to schedule appointments fairly easily, sometimes at the last minute, and the oil change and inspection work was done quickly.

On my last visit, right after my warranty expired, the woman at the desk informed me that I had oil leaks, and that it would take $3000 to repair. When my jaw hit the floor, and I asked her why my Toyota Prius needed a $3000 dollar repair right after warranty, she told me that "I used to work at a BMW dealership, and BMW's have leaks all the time". I then told her that, no thanks, I was not interested in getting the car serviced with their group.

I contacted the dealership to complain, but no one ever replied.

So I am now looking for someone else to service my Prius, and I will certainly never buy from them again.

My issues are two-fold:

1. The amazing coincidence that the dealer didn't notice oil problems until right after the warranty expired. Either something fishy is happening, or Prius's aren't quite as durable as I thought.

2. The flippancy and nonresponsiveness of the dealer towards me when I had a concern.

It was around somewhere between $150 and $200. It's competitive. They did very good work. They were very responsive.

I submitted a request to three dealerships via email for the Toyota I was interested in, and Kirkland Toyota was the first to get back with me. In fact, it was mere seconds before I got a phone call. I set up an appointment, and was there for a test drive within the hour.
Zac was great! I had been dreading the new car buying process, putting off replacing my 20 year old Toyota for years, but he made it painless. I have purchased many cars, both new and used, over the years, but this one was the most hassle free. I feel I got a good price, and stayed within my budget. They even delivered it to my home later that day to save me a trip out the next day!
Everyone I met there was awesome!

I can always get in there quickly. Whatever issue that I have, they can always handle it. They're always crowded but still the wait is not terribly long. They just do a good job. They're very nice to work with. All the staff that I have worked with are very nice and very efficient. I've gone to them for years and nobody else.

Not negative, but not overly positive. It took a bit of time for a representative to get with us, but he was pleasant and professional. We will probably return but no definite plans.

Oil change was done in time frame quoted. Did not try and sell other services.

They've generally done a good job, but are a little on the expensive side. There was one occasion when they lost my car however (yes, seriously) and had to loan me a rental car for a few days while they figured out where they'd parked it after completing the service. My other experiences have been good, though, so this might have just been the mistake of one dumb employee.
