I traded my 2015 Silverado 2500HD for a 2016 and asked that the rims be swapped as my old truck had more expensive, OEM, 20 inch rims vs new truck with only 18 inch. Obviously, the TPMS sensors/panel needed to be reset (re-learned) so that both trucks could get proper readings. Well, they told me it could not be done DESPITE the fact that both sets had receivers and sensors and worked flawlessly in each truck before the switch. I told them money was not an option, I just wanted them working, but they found it too frustrating to deal with and didn't bother. Sadly, they fixed the issue with my old truck but simply didn't bother with my new. So, I have basically a $60+K vehicle that can't read it's own tire pressure?? Take your money elsewhere... to a dealer that puts service first versus a few dollars spent to keep the customer happy. Thank you.
