Our garage door could not open. We researched a few garage door companies and scheduled Washington Garage Door Service. They came on time and replaced the springs, and the door was working again. They were done in 15 minutes.

Danny did a fantastic job! He replaced our 37 year old and malfunctioning Stanley chain drive garage door openerâ s (3) with new belt drive LiftMaster openers. He also replaced all of the old plastic rollers with new nylon rollers with bearings. The result was three large heavy garage doors that were very noisy now operate smoothly and quietly. Because of the difference between the old chain drive and the new belt drive openerâ s size and shape there were some issues with fitting the new mechanism into the same space. Dannyâ s 19 years of experience, knowledge and the right equipment and tools allowed him to deal with a complex and difficult problem efficiently and quickly. He was timely, courteous and provided an excellent service at a fair price.we highly recommend Lake Washington Garage Door Service.

I cold called Danny after purchasing our house in east North Bend and discovering the garage door really was broken. We thought we had a wooden garage with a broken spring... But when Danny arrived, his expert eyes caught on to numerous issues with the garage. From plastic, to mis-alignments, to just plain broken-ness, it was a mess. Danny offered to fix it for us, but being engineers, we knew he'd be opening a can of worms. So we opted for a new garage door and opener - everything. Danny had multiple options for us to choose from, and during the pandemic, was sure to stay within the rules while explaining our options. In less than 30 minutes, we had a new garage door picked out with color options and placed the order on the spot. Less than a week later, as Danny promised, his expert crew of two showed up and while making as little noise as possible, quickly removed our nightmarish mess and replaced it with a clean beautiful white garage. No scratches, no dings, just pure perfection. The install crew knew we were busy working from home, so they quietly cleaned up and closed up and left everything behind for us in the garage (manual, clicker), then sent us some txt messages saying they were done. By the time I got outside, the crew was gone and our new Garage door was both looking and working Beautifully! Within minutes of their leaving, we heard from Danny, who wanted some pics and to ensure we were happy. We're way out in North Bend, so I don't mind the remote service, especially during the pandemic. After a pleasant final chat with Danny, and an exchange of pics, I find myself looking forward to replacing the garage door again. Thanks again, Danny & Team!

My garage door opener broke so I installed a new one. During the installation, I realized the garage door spring was hardly doing any work to keep the door open, putting a lot of strain on the opener. Danny came out and quickly saw the problem - the previous repairman had only installed one spring when the door needed 2. Danny gave me 3 options and told me the price of each up front. I picked what I wanted done and went inside and he was done before I knew it. The door now holds itself open at any level and is much smoother. Definitely going with him again in the future if necessary - though he may be out of business before this thing breaks again!
