After my initial call they were able to set the appointment within a few days. They gave me a window of time, which we all know how that usually goes, and to my surprise Jon should showed up right on time at the beginning of the window. It took him like 10 minutes to pinpoint the problem, and just a half hour more to fix it. I would have been prepared to spend a lot more money than I did. It was a simple fix with a few suggestions to avoid future problems. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and I got an extra 2 hours in my day. Super professional and honest LOVED IT! What a fresh approach.

While the construction of our new home was going on we reached out to Cardinal Heating and A/C Inc for help with all our HVAC needs. Our home has some complex geothermal additions to the system and they were able to implement all of this new technology flawlessly. The technicians at Cardinal run an excellent organization and I would use them again in the company.

The job was excellent and I thought that the price was reasonable. The staff is also very knowledgeable.

Professional, prompt, got what we needed - no upselling or hassle. The service call seemed within bounds of what this sort of thing should cost - the total spent was for parts and 30 minutes of labor.

I have used them quite a bit. They fixed the problem. I was quite shocked at the price but it was the middle of winter and I needed the furnace repaired. They fixed it and it worked and has been great ever since. They did a fine job. I was in contact with them by phone and email for about two months when I bought the air purifier. They were pretty good at getting back to me. I can't think of anything significant that bothered me about them.

We spoke to several companies by phone regarding the replacement of this pump. Cardinal provided the most thorough responses and information. Even though I told them this was not an urgent matter, they were available for the service very quickly. The tech arrived on time with the correct parts (coordinated in previous phone calls). I left him there alone to replace the pump and lock up when he was done. When I returned, the system was working and everything was clean and in order. The time that was estimated to replace the pump was accurate. The only issue we had with this transaction was that the price we were charged for the pump was 30% higher than the price we were verbally quoted on the phone. Based on availability from online sources, we felt the quoted price was on the high end of what this pump should have cost. We did not get any firm quotes from local HVAC companies so we cannot say whether Cardinal is inline with other local sources. In any case, Cardinal was very responsive to our questions regarding the price discrepancy. They stood by the lower quoted price even though they said the higher price was correct and was what should have been quoted. We were impressed with their integrity and commitment to customer service in dealing with this matter. Because of this, we will certainly consider Cardinal for our future HVAC needs.

The service is prompt and reliable.

I was not happy with the unit we purchased since it was expensive and the unit broke down and there was not a warranty on the unit. I would not recommend the company since they sold us a unit that broke so soon.

They are a good reliable company and you can trust them.

These guys are very good, the best I've seen in Seattle. They know what they are talking about and deliver A+ service.

The estimation process and the installation process went really well; showed up on time, communicated very well, worked hard, cleaned up, etc. However, the furnace had problems: the first problem was due to inproper installation, the second problem was due to furnace malfunction. Several service visits were required to fix the problem. Cardinal addressed all these problems and never charges us anything; they extended the warranty coverage to full five years at no cost to us.

I did not have any service done by them, but I spoke with them fairly extensively. They were very thorough with their explanation. I believe they were very knowledgeable about the systems that we were looking at. I never really had a physical appointment. It was all over the phone and internet. The reason I didn’t go with them was because the system in general, not necessarily with them, was going to be too expensive.

Furnace failure during the night. T-stat showed recognition to draw heat, but furnace was non-functioning. This company was recomended by Highlander HVAC - which did not provide service to this series. Cardinal responded in the time frame (early morning). A broken wire was found in the T-stat. Adjustments were made to improve efficiency. I asked for room temperature balance suggestions and was provided options to consider. I appreciated the service tech's insite to this 4 year old equipment. I now see that I should have conducted more due-diligence prior to my original purchase of this Carrier series. We have decided to enter into a yearly maintenance agreement with Cardinal HVAC.

Excellent overall. I received two other bids and researched the ductless heat system before deciding on Cardinal. They were responsive to my questions and concerns and were professional in all respects, including clean up. In addition, there were some unexpected problems and they had the expertise to manuever through these difficulties. The company appears to be very client-focused and I am happhy with the work. The reason I feel the charges were very reasonable, aside from rebates from the City and Federal government for $1200, is because the job ran over due to problems and the charges remained in accord with the original agreement.

The workers showed up on time -- cleaned up after themselves. They finished quickly and within budget. They did a great job -- I recommended to another person and they were just as happy.

CARDINAL HEATING COMES TO OUR HOME TO CLEAN THE FILTERS, AND CHECK ON THE OPERATION OF THE UNIT ONCE A YEAR. THEY RECOMMEND TWICE A YEAR BUT WE USUALLY ONLY HAVE IT DONE IN THE FALL TO GET READY FOR THE HEATING SEASON.

GARY ERICKSON OF CARDINAL HEATING DID A VERY COMPLETE JOB WHILE INSTALLING A NEW GAS FURNACE IN OUR HOUSE, INCLUDING REMOVING THE OLD FURNACE AND DUCTWORK AND ARRANGING NEW DUCTS TO MAXIMIZE HEAD HEIGHT IN THE BASEMENT.

CARDINAL INSTALLED OUR SYSTEM FOR OUR NEW HOME AND IT WAS A VERY COMPLICATED SYSTEM AND THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED IN THIS FIELD. WE FELT VERY CONFIDENT THAT AFTER THEY INSTALLED OUR SYSTEM THEY WOULD BE THE ONES WE WOULD CALL FOR SERVICE. SO FAR ALL THEIR SERVICE CALLS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN REPAIRING ANYTHING WE HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH.
