 + 0 moreThe order arrived when expected and the light bars seem decent quality and installed without the need for the 2 cables I had also purchased. Since the ATG website advertises "hassle free returns" I did not expect a problem when returning the cables. Boy, was I wrong!! It took 3 weeks of calling ATG just to obtain the address where I was supposed to return the cables. I practically had to beg for this address, which is ridiculous. Customer support representatives would promise to email me the address, which never happened so I had to keep calling them. Needless to say, they were less than pleasant to deal with and would never let me speak with a manager. Again, unbelievable. Are their customer service representatives left over from the USSR? Once I finally obtained the address in New York of where to return the cables I sent them through the USPS with a return receipt requested. I got the return receipt in the mail about a week later so I know the cables were received. ATG representatives had previously told me to expect a refund on my credit card within 5-7 days of the product being received. Well, I just got my credit card statement today and there is no refund from ATG. I called ATG and the representative was extremely condescending (again would not let me speak with a manager) and was unwilling to help me at all. I then used their live chat system and again, not very helpful. I was told representative will call me tomorrow after they investigate where my refund is. I am upset; the cables cost about $32 and I spent an additional $11 to send this product back to the manufacturer. I work hard for my money so yeah, this is a big deal. They have stolen my money. I certainly do not recommend purchasing anything from this website. The representatives are rude and it is apparently impossible to return anything. Overall it has been an extremely frustrating experience and has considerably raised my blood pressure.
Description of Work: I ordered 2 undercabinet xenon light bars to install underneath my kitchen cabinets from the website. I also ordered 2 cables from this website that I thought were needed to install these lights.

 + -1 moreI paid to have a bed delivered and assembled. The service I paid for was never completed.
Description of Work: I ordered a bed from this company and was charged $260.60 for delivery and set-up of the bed. The company that delivered the bed threw away the hardware and never set the bed up. I have been trying to get a resolution through ATG customer service since May 12th to no avail. They agreed to refund me $50 of the $260 dollars and I don't think that is acceptable. I have never dealt with such a lack of customer service before.
