I solicited bids on gutter cleaning through Angie's List. AA was the first to reach out (by phone) and I booked a time. As more bids came in, it was clear AA was at least $50 more than everyone else. I booked a different company with more competitive pricing. They were also able to come a few days earlier but timing wasn't my consideration. I neglected to cancel the AA appt - I called the day they were scheduled to come out. My fault but I was surprised there was no mention by AA that they gutters were clear as they were cleaned a couple days prior. I therefore can't comment on their work other than it's expensive.

I have used them before. They did a great job using the dry brush technique. When finished they sprayed the entire roof with a moss retardant. They cleaned up all the debris. The project required about a three month lead time from proposal to when they could do the job. I would hire them again.

First off I don't understand how a company that specializes in Window cleaning doesn't clean both sides of the window (note this was all outdoors). I'm not sure what customer would ever want that. I hired them as the skylights are difficult (but not impossible) to access and as a home-owner I didn't posses the right equipment. While they did tell my wife (husband is writing this review) when she booked the appointment they "don't do" inside, their invoice does have an option for "In and Out" and thought there might be a mis-understanding. Secondly, their "one-side cleaning" was a poor quality job, there we're many areas that required scrubbing and not just a light spray wash. Third, one of the panels closest to the house was left dirty. I called the company and they confirmed they only clean "one-side" of the window stating they wanted to contain over-splash and chemical overflow. They were courteous and professional and refunded me $50 for the job. I had to go out this weekend and get a large pole with some cleaner and finished the second half of the job. The part I cleaned with some elbow grease was cleaner that the professional job on the outside. Bottom-line if you want a quality job for inside and out, hire someone else.

We always endeavor to do the job right the first time but it sounds like quality was lacking for the skylight cleaning at your home. In these cases we are happy to have the technician return and clean the window in question again at no charge. I hope that was offered to you. If not, I would love to have a technician return to clean the window again. It is true that while we do clean inside windows we are unable to offer cleaning of the inside of skylights. We try to be sure to always communicate this fact during the estimate process so our customers are aware of the scope of our work. We do not have a-frame ladders that reach high enough to clean interior skylights. We have had issues with damage due to using our extension ladders inside the house or due to drips on sheetrock. Due to these factors we have decided not to offer cleaning interiors of skylights. Thank you again for your feedback and I hope to speak with you further over the phone when you have a moment. They were excellent! My skylights look fantastic, and I'm sure my gutters will be great too - it just hasn't rained yet. I signed up for their annual service for windows and gutters. I was impressed with their office and the person who came out and did the work.

They showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned all the leaves and dirt out of my gutters, some of which are up very high. There are so many trees near my gutters that they suggested I get them cleaned twice a year, and so I signed up for that. I have watched how nasty my gutters get and agreed that they need to get thoroughly cleaned out more than once/year. Since then, I have also hired them to pressure wash my driveway and wash my windows. I will continue to use them for whatever services they offer that I happen to need.

It was an extensive job. Gutters were full to the rim and there was plenty of moss on the roof. The work was done in a couple of hours and the yard cleaned up of debris. I will be having them come back on a regular basis to clean the gutters.

The tech did an excellent job and the roof looks great. There were two items he forgot to pack while he was still here writing the invoice. Later we found two other items, one of which was a stiff-bristled brush head that blew off the roof during the recent windstorm. Other than those minor things, we're quite happy.
