Paradise Gas & Car Wash

Dropped off my soon to be classic older car at the station for complete interior and exterior detailing. I had used the service before and knew what to expect: leave it for around 4-5 hours and pick up later with detailing pretty nicely done. When I picked up the car it appeared clean but the stereo was blaring just about as loud as one could stand. I shortly realized that the power antenna was bent backwards at about 30 degrees and was ruined. I was certain they had run the car through the automatic wash with the antenna up. The owner admitted that they did so but from that point on stonewalled me and claimed it was already damaged, which is not true. She promised to investigate and call me back but did not follow through until I filed a claim against them. No effort was made whatsoever to satisfy me as an injured consumer.
