In the few times we communicated during the day we offered alternatives to waiting including leaving access to your empty unit for us to clean. It was nice to get a phone call with the status of when he was close to our house. J arrived on time and ready to work. It took a little less than 3 hours to get my three rooms, living room and staircase cleaned. My carpets look amazing! We have 3 dogs and a 7yr old that track a lot of dirt inside the house. We had deep spots in the living room and on the stairs that we thought would never come out and all of them did! This was our 4th time using NW Spotless cleaning and as always we were extremely impressed.
The whole thing was about $240 and it was well worth it! J was really professional and I would definitely call NW Spotless Cleaning again!
