MORTGAGE MASTER SERVICE CORPORATION

It always worked this way for me (about 6 of these with MM).  I call for a current rate and come in and talk to them.  Hmmm. Better rate than when I have now.   I want to do it.  We talk about job, how much you make, assets, liabilities....and you get the ballpark on the possibility.  If yes, I supply a lot of data, copied, verified (this is the same all over so don't fret it).   Some time goes buy, you may get an appraisal, loan ok, settle up for any costs (appraisal, misc),  sign a 2 inch stack of paper (again...same all over...the law and all that) and your loan is taken care of. 

My husband and I were both pleased with our experience with Mortgage Master. There was some last minute scrambling on the day we signed our documents, but I think that is fairly typical and was a discrepancy about the amount of insurance, not a problem with Mortgage Master. Note: The dollar amount I entered for money spent represents approximate closing costs for our house purchase, not just specific Mortgage Master fees.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MORTGAGE MASTERS. THEY LED US ASTRAY MANY TIMES. PROMISED THAT SOMETHING WOULD BE DONE ON A CERTAIN DAY AND IT NEVER WAS. TOLD US EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND IT WASN'T. THEY APPEARED TO BE UNTRUTHFUL MORE THAN ONCE SO I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

MICHELLE WAS AWESOME AT MOVING THE PROCESS ALONG. SHE IS PROMPT AT HAVING PAPERS TO YOU ON TIME. SHE DID MOST OF THE WORK BY MAIL SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO TRAVEL TO HER OFFICE. IT WAS THE MOST ENJOYABLE REFINANCE EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD.
