We had a washing machine that no longer balanced the load and Alex figured it out quickly, had the parts with him, and fixed it right away. We also had an ice maker that hadn't been working for years so I asked him if he new anything about them and again he quickly took it apart, saw where it was broken and checked for the part. His supplier had the part and Alex came back the next day and got it working again. He even cleaned the bottom of the freezer! Reasonable rates too. We definitely will be calling Alex again for any appliance repair.

Alex was very professional and assessed the problem was a bad compressor on my LG frig.I had to contact LG directly to have one of their certified technicians do the work to replace the compressor. I will definitely call Alex again if I have an issue with another appliance as he was fair in his pricing and very quick to respond.

Fixit did a great job, Iâ m very happy with their service and professionalism. My refrigerator was making loud noises throughout the day and I was able to book an appointment online and have Alex come in on the same day. After checking all potential issues, he explained the problem to me and changed the fan that was making noises. Overall, I found this company to be quick to respond and reliable and will be using their services again.
