already My experience with Wayne is a mixed bag. He was late for our first appointment and I had to leave to go to work,  so we had to reschedule which took a long time. His is a small business so this kind of thing can happen. In the meantime, I actually fixed my exercycle myself but still set up an appointment as I wanted to make sure everything was, in fact, fine. When he finally showed up, he was in very fast and out, having confirmed that everything was fine and that if I take care of the bike, it should last many years. Unfortunately, in the process, something is now not quite right and it is rattling. This was not the case before he worked on it. I called again and had him come out. He insists that everything is fine and that I should keep riding and call him back in 3 mon. if it is not. Was underwhelmed by his attitude. The bike probably is fine and I will check to make sure the cover was put back on correctly as that might be all there is to the rattle. Overall, I do still suspect he is fine and you will likely have good results if you really have something wrong with your equipment. I suspect the fact that mine ended up not much and we had so much trouble scheduling, etc. got us off to a bad start. He's also nearly the only game in town. So, definitely a your mileage may very situation

My treadmill needed another end cap so Wayne had to order the part and return.  The replacement part was expensive but I don't think that was avoidable. Wayne was great! Not only did I learn how to keep my treadmill in good repair, he explained how I can maintain my equipment to prolong the life of my machine.  Additionally, he helped me avoid buying a piece of exercise equipment that may not fit my needs.
