On the installation date, no one delivered the materials and no one showed up to work. I texted the sale rep to find out what is going on. He did not respond my texts. After a few days, I texted him again (I called him as well but he did not answer my call.) We finally picked another installation date. The day before the installation day, the weather forecast for the installation day was windy and raining so I asked for a different date. They told me if I wanted to change the date, I would need to pay another $2400 dollars. It was okay for them to change their date but if I want to change my date, I would need to pay fee. It is just ridiculous.

The consultant was on time, courteous, factual and well versed with his products. I would most definitely use this company for future work. The person I would directly call is Mr. William Greer.

They were nice and straight up about everything, they were processional and did not try to sugar coat anything. Very nice overall. They have the real GAF system and the real warranty. Everyone else tried to say they were GAF but charged more and left the real GAF products out. These guys are the only real GAF certified group in the State. They do the most GAF systems in America. They have the best warranty and best crews. They do what they say they are going to do and come through on it. Bryce my rep was the absolute best. I called him with many questions and he was always there to help. Checking in and giving me updates on the status of my project. Only company you should be doing your roof with. I had over 10 bids and choose them.

It went great! Austin did such a good job at finding me affordable financing for my project. He didn’t quit until he found something that I could comfortably afford. Alex S. is great! She was so personable and made sure I got the colors & style I wanted for my house. She was very patient and showed me all of my different options.

Great customer service, excellent and detail-oriented instruction. Bella answered all of our questions with amazing knowledge of industry standards, materials and logistics. Great experience all around. Would DEFINITELY recommend for anyone wanting great, professional service.

Extremely disappointed, wasted my time and theirs. I’ll try to keep this short, this will turn into a novel if I wrote it all out. Employee who showed up only knew how to quote roofs, not the windows or bathrooms that I scheduled the appointment for. Did this stop him, nope. Walked through the house with his co-worker on the phone walking him through how to measure the windows. Why anyone would think a homeowner would spend a significant amount of money with someone who has no clue what they are doing is beyond me. Roof bid started at $48,000, after a whole bunch on nonsense the bottom dollar on the roof ended up coming out to $27,000 (Still higher than 4 other A+ Angies list companies), seriously what a joke, who does business this way in 2020? When it was time for him to leave he said “I have to call my manager before I leave or I will get in trouble”. He then proceeds to talk with his manager over his airpods while standing in my kitchen confused why I am not signing up for his “such a great deal”. At this point I literally had to call him out on his pathetic sales tactic and told him to leave, twice. Then he has the audacity to call me rude. Honestly I have never dealt with someone so inept. I called the office to complain but nobody could take my call. Left all the info with the gal on the phone and nobody bothered to reach out to me for an explanation, not that I need it at this point. I am sure this is a good company given the amount of “A” reviews, however my experience was unfortunately terrible.

The sales person Anthony Cossano was very professional. The gutters look amazing. Highly recommend DaBella!!!

Will and Bryce went above and beyond to work with me and get a quality roof installed. They were able to get me materials that I needed to match my budget. Best customer service from a roofing company by far.

Had 4 old windows and one sliding door removed, and 4 new windows and a sliding door installed. Everything was awesome from the beginning consultation, all the way to the finished product. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking to do anything with windows or sliding doors. 10/10; A++++; amazing, awesome, professional, great price, etc.

This company is very scammy and aggressively uses high pressure sales tactics. Apparently all their salespeople are 100% commission based. A DaBella rep spent 3 hours at my house presenting a 60 page sales deck that was honestly really weird a huge waste of my time. He wrapped up the pitch with a cost proposal that was almost 3x the price of every other roofing and siding company I'd spoken to. Avoid at all costs! There are plenty of good roofing and siding companies out there. DaBella is NOT one of them.

The salesperson, Ron Bracali, was a pleasure to work with. He's very knowledgeable with his product and explained each step. He also answered the phone each time I called and answered any questions I had. The roof is beautiful, and the roofers were wonderful. Very hard workers. The layers DaBella uses to ensure the roof does not leak and lasts for years was amazing. Can't say enough positive things about this company and the people who work with and for them.

We met with Cameron who walked us through the entire roofing replacement process after doing a thorough inspection of our roof. He took numerous photos to help us understand what needed to be repaired and what did not. We did not feel pressured to sign at any point and his price was good for at least 30 days. We ended up signing a contract with DaBella and look forward to having our roof replaced. I will place another review for the actual roofing construction. We were pleased to have worked with Cameron with the planning of this project.

Our rep David was really great, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. The DaBella roofing system is perfect for Pacific Northwest weather and will be a great selling point. There are multiple color options so you can customize a little or a lot! Thank you David for making the whole process so easy!

They were the first one to come out and bid for the work and the quote that they provide was a bit high, but willing to consider it since the person that came was Jane was very professional, brought a lot of samples, checked the moisture content on the siding, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the colors we peaked and took a picture of the house and applied the colors to different parts of the house to show us what will the house look like after the siding installation, and that's very impressive.

Kyle Bohl from DaBella was very informative about roofs and the process in which roofs are replaced. I would highly recommend DaBella for anybody looking for a quality roof installed correctly the first time. I was very pleased with how helpful Kyle was and he also made the whole project very affordable for me through great finance options!

While the gentlemen were nice and informative, the estimate process went on way too long. I felt like it was sales pitch.

Norman arrived right on time to inspect my roof, which had suffered a good deal of damage last winter. He provided me with a thorough review of his company and their products, along with a detailed estimate of the work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and concern for my needs.

The experience from start to finish Went very smoothly. Cameron was there every step of the way. A few mistakes were made from the installers. But Cameron has assured us that it will be taken of. The new roof looks amazing. Best part is my warranty will last longer them me.

The first appointment was a missed connection. I was at the property, but in the yard, watching for someone to go up to the roof to measure, etc. But no one did. They sat out front in their car. So, they came back the next day and I met them out front. This was for a TPO roof, since the roof pitch was too low for asphalt, as I was told by companies who turned down the opportunity to roof because of that. But, they met me with an estimate for asphalt with a 50-Year warranty and new gutters for $27,000. It was entirely out of the ballpark from anyone else. When I balked, they called their manager (it was like buying a car) and came back with a lesser asphalt for $17,000. This was: 1) at least $5,000 more than the others who gave asphalt instead of TPO bids; and 2)they did not address drainage problems on the roof, which each side drained into a 3" downspout collecting 66 feet of roof water; 3) had the written estimate prepared and wanted an immediate signature, and never sent me an estimate by email; 4) gave me no TPO bid, which is what I'd asked for through Angie's List. They've called me at least 5 times since to ask for feedback and I have not answered until the last time when I asked them to stop calling. I was treated like a know-nothing and they didn't listen or look at the problems on the roof or estimate what I asked for, instead telling me that asphalt would be just fine and others hadn't measured the pitch correctly. Everything about this was wrong. Why would you want to work with a cocksure company like this?

I looked up on Angie's list regarding a Balcony siding water rot issue, which needed repair and Da Bella was recommended. Within 5 mins I received a call and the person the phone scheduled some people to come take a look next day. I wanted to discuss the project to make sure it is something they would be willing to take and I can save time finding a contractor but didn't get a chance for that. The people showed up on time next day but barely spent 15 seconds looking at the work while they stepped out to discuss with the boss. After coming back, they said they won't be able to do this, started by saying it's too small, then said it may need structural update, which they don't do and also mentioned something about multi-unit property. It was clear this was too small for them, which is fine had they been willing to have a conversation before I made the driver over to the property. It was a complete waste of time. I gave feedback and someone from their office called but offered no explanation as to why they would not ask questions and understand the scope of project if they don't take small jobs. It was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who doesn't have a big project.
