Cycle Therapy showed an attitude of concern when I brought the bike to them. I explained that since it was an old bike, I didn't want to spend much on it. Ric looked at it and diagnosed it as one of two different parts. He determined which part was causing the problem and replaced only that part, saving me money. He took pains with the small details, replaced the cable, adjusted the chain, etc. Then they did a short test ride and asked me to test it too. They really wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. I was happily surprised by the affordable charges, too. This bike shop cares about doing good quality work. They're knowledgeable, experienced, ethical and their friendly customer service is amazing. They're my bike shop from now on, and I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: The chain on my old Univega bicycle was coming off during rides. I had asked another shop to fix it first, and they were unable to. (see my other report on a shop in Renton.) Cycle Therapy cheerfully diagnosed the problem, replaced the problem part, tested it, asked me to test it, and charged a very fair price.
