Our sales person, Jim came out and gave us a quote. Since we had a good idea of what we were looking for and about how much it should costs, we went ahead and commited at that time putting down our deposit. He said the person doing the criticaql measurements would set up an appointment with us in a week or so. That happened as scheduled and we ere told that install dates were about 6-8 weeks out. About 4 or 5 weeks out we received a call each week letting us know the status of our windows (since they are manufactured in Denver). Last week in July were told our windows were in... we scheduled to have installed on the 5th of August. The two young men who came to install were right on time and were well experienced in their job knowledge. They did a great job! Overall, we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the sale and install!

I am happy with the windows and the installers. However I am not happy with the company. They ordered the wrong windows and put us off for about a month because they had to remake them. They had ordered the wrong size door. Then they came back with the wrong color door. The worst part was when they were doing one of the windows; they had to change the window sill inside. They knocked out a tile window sill and replaced it with a wooden. They didn?t have the right size when they came. It was a two days job and they dragged it for 6 months. When I called in one time, the person who handled that job was not well and there no one to answer my questions. I had to wait for 3 days for her to come back. They installers did a great job in installing and cleaning up. I would never go back to them.

i was pleased with the crew's work. Although they started later than anticipated on a Saturday morning they did complete the work and returned to fix a couple of minor issues. They were very good at cleaning up afte their work and I have been completely happy with the windows and the door.

They had very good quality windows for a reasonable price. They were very good about helping us to get exactly what we were looking for. The crew who came out to my home were very sensitive to it being a new home for me. They did not make a mess and were good about cleaning up when they did. I think that they were very sensitive to my needs when they came out. We noticed after the job was finished that there was one window that was not sitting correctly, so we called them and they came right out. I was very impressed with their work.

Champion Windows was able to do the work in one day. They installed four windows upstairs and one window downstairs. They were very punctual and they showed up on time. They did the job that they said they would do and they cleaned up after themselves. They were hard working and very professional.

We got them from Angie's List and we are totally pleased with them. Their price was fair. We recommended them to a friend and they'll be using them too.

The salesman was great. Everything was great. The two guys that came out to install the windows were Ukranian and I made them some Borsch. They were a little late getting here, but that was a traffic problem, so it wasn't their fault. They cleaned everything up. They were a little sloppy with the sealant. They were quite responsive.

They came out and took care of what needed to take care of. The windows look good and they did a fine job. It made a big difference. I like that they guarantee the windows and the screen door. There was a problem with the screen door, they weren't able to repair it so they put in a brand new door at no charge.

We were very unhappy with the high pressure salesmen from 4 window companies. We had done our homework on windows, and had specific questions. The first 4 salesmen were unwilling or unable to answer without going through their entire 90 (!) minute pitches. When Jim Dobbins of Champion came, he was able to answer our questions and tailor his presentation to our needs. We ordered the windows a couple of days later. The very polite and professional New York Dennis came to take measurements. Since the windows are made to order, it takes several weeks before installation. Carey and his crew arrived on time and were also polite and professional. They completed their work on time, and cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside of the house. When we had a problem with the sliding door lock, Dennis came out quickly and repaired it. We've had compliments on how nice the new windows look.

I had four companies out to give me a bid for this service. I was not looking forward to this as I had tried it a couple years before and was so turned off by the high pressure salesperson(s) that I had postponed the project. Jim from Champion was friendly and professional and his estimate for the work came in a couple one thousand dollars less than the other three places. I am not one to necessarily always choose just by the lowest price, so I made sure to check on the quality of the product and service (installation) as well. Everything checked out A+ so I proceeded with the work. There were some scheduling glitches with install but it was more a condition of the weather than anything else (snow). I am not sure about all the people who work at Champion but I highly recommend Jim Dobbins as a qualified, friendly and well informed salesperson.

First day, they didn't get started until 3:30; tied up on a previous job, but when they came, they did get two windows installed. Second day, started about 9:30 am and finished by 8:00 pm. They did a good job removing old windows with very difficult frames (50 year old windows) but did an excellent job with no damage. Very good at installing new windows and done right the first time. Crew was very nice, hardworking and respectful. If I had any questions, they were quick to stop what they were doing and answer. Overall, a very good experience.

Called Champion for a free estimate. Salesman Michael Hystek came out to give me the pitch. Was actually very impressed by the demo and how well the Champion windows were made. Champion had a buy two get one free promo (which they seem to offer all year). With the promo discount the total came in at $14,000. I had estimated the cost to be around $10,000. I had never replaced windows so little did I know. Penguin came out and gave me the sales pitch as well. Although I felt that the Penguin windows were superior, they were twice the price. I went with Champion. The lead time was 6-8 weeks, and actually took 10 weeks. The two installers were great. Took them three days to do the job. What Champion didn't tell me was that outside paint touch up would be necessary. With ripping out the old windows and re-caulking it was quite a job to "touch up" the exterior paint. Champion windows are guaranteed for life. Had them come back to adjust the tensioners twice. They were always on time and repaired the windows to my satisfaction. The windows have performed very well, already notice that my heating system isn't working as hard anymore, and that on hot days the house stays much cooler. I am happy with my new Champion windows.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Champion. Things that went well: the installation crew was friendly and answered our questions; we needed some oddly-sized garden windows replaced with two bay windows. Some companies refuse to bid on the job, saying it couldn't be done. Champion had a fair price and were able to do the replacement; we had siding that was hard to match and replace. Our installer found the siding and drove all the way to Everett to buy it; we had a minor problem with 2 of the windows a few days after the installation, and the same day, our installer came out to assess and repair the problem. Some things that could have been done better: the windows took longer than estimated to come in, pushing the job into the cold/rainy season; 1 crew member smoked; 1 day there was a smaller crew, so the job took 4 days instead of the estimated 3; after the completion, we found paint chips, dust, and nails indoors, in our flowerbeds & yard.

We went to their showroom and scheduled an in home visit after we seeing the product. The sales rep., Jim, was on time, professional and not pushy. We also had estimates from two other companies. Champion was the product we liked best regardless of price, and also the lowest bid. The windows were ready in the time frame promised. When we scheduled the install, they sent out a reminder to let us know what to expect and how to prepare. On the day of the install, the crew was on time and professional. They were respectful of our property. I think the crew tried to do too much in one day resulting in some issues that had to be fixed before we accepted completion of the job. The problem we had was the length of time this took to schedule (3 weeks). In the end, they made everything right and we are very happy with the finished product. The final quality after the fix is great, but a bit of a inconvenience to get there-better to do it right the first time.

I replaced an aging skywall with a new window that can open during summer months.

I looked at several different window companies and I liked Champion's product the best. The windows took longer to arrive than promised, one of the windows wasn't the style that I ordered so they had to order another one, and they put in the wrong one to cover the hole in my wall. I wasn't pleased with their service as it was clear from the paperwork that I did not receive what I ordered. The installation staff was not careful about my floors or keeping things clean. Overall I was happy with their window products, but not with their service or installation crew. I had to follow up several times with the salesperson to ensure that the one correct window arrived.

WE INTERVIEWED 5 OR 6 DIFFERENT COMPANIES THAT SPECIALIZED IN REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. CHAMPION WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT THEY WERE THE BEST. THEY TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND CUSTOM MADE THE WINDOWS TO FIT. APPROXIMATELY 5 WEEKS AFTER TAKING THE CRITICAL MEASURMENTS A WORKMAN ARRIVED AND SPENT THE DAY WORKING ON THE PROJECT. THE WINDOWS FIT BEAUTIFULLY AND THEY KEEP THE ROAD NOISE OUT. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. WHEN THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM WITH THE BACK DOOR SLIDER, THEY FIXED IT IN ABOUT 10 MINS. CHAMPION WINDOWS ARE THE BEST!

THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS IS EXCELLENT. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAIT TIME FROM THE TIME OF ORDER TO THE INSTALLATION DATE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DECENT BUT NOT FANTASTIC. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE TYPE OF WINDOWS WE SELECTED.
