Great . a wonderful addition to the house and saved me heating costs. One windows seal did fail two years ago. They came out and measured the windows. In a few weeks and new one was installed and zero cost. I am very happy with the purchase.

Overall, just an ok experience. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows, but Champion needs to screen their installers more closely. Installation & getting damage resolved was a hassle.

Everything was very good. I think the salesman was not pushy but very informative. The ordering was done easily. No pressure signing the contract. We added a couple windows before they started and they were very accommodating. The guys were out here and finished in a day. They were very meticulous about the work they did and cleaned up well after themselves. We had one small issue, where the trim was not the correct color. We called them and there was no hassle or question. They came out 2 weeks later and fixed the trim. We were very pleased overall.

Champion did a great job on replacing my windows and doors. These are good quality windows and doors. I am very satisfied with the finished product.

Sales and service were punctual, efficient and clean

Not too good. The sliding glass patios door exit opening is smaller then our original sliding glass door exit opening. This is caused by the window blind slider mechanism taking up about 2.00 inches of space preventing the door from sliding open as far. We asked the salesman if we would have the same opening space, since the new door frame was the same size. He said we would. That was a lie. After the work was done, the technician wanted my wife to sign the payment agreement certifying all work was done satisfactorily. He never even asked here to go look at any of it. When she did look, (before signing), she found that they had cracked some of the wood siding. They put clear sealer in some of the cracks and left others unattended, and was some small wood shavings showing in the sealer on the interior of one window frame. Also, the bathroom windows were to be frosted glass and they were not, they were clear glass. She refused to sign, and we contacted the main office. There seemed to be some reluctance to come right back out and fixed the small obvious items. We had to make an appointment to have them send another (different) technician out two weeks later. I fixed the minor things myself. They came back in two weeksand installed the frosted glass windows.

Overall, it went well! We had three estimates and it was difficult to decide, but Champion gave us a price break for committing at the time of the demonstration. We're happy with our new windows.

Great-we had used them previously for a sliding patio door. They were able to craft the window style we wanted at the lowest price.

Champion Windows did an excellent job with our install and we are very satisfied with the whole process.

I purchased vynal windows from another company in 2002. About a year ago I broke my kitchen window. I have had problems with these windows leaking. As a result of the leaking I also had mold in the frame and the window molding. I decided to try Champion Windows since my experience with the first company was so bad and the first is no longer in business. Jim Dobbins from Champion Windows came out to estimate my job. I wanted to replace the whole window because of the mold. Jim told me to replace the whole window would cost me $900.00. He suggested that they clean the molding and then replaced only one panel saving me $700.00. Jim also showed me little plugs in vents near my windows which were collecting rain water & mold. He removed the plugs allowing the rain water to drain. The workers were considerate, helpful, timely and worked efficiently. They went out of their way to make sure that all the mold was removed from this window.

They were very professional. Everything was cleaned up and all the work was done in a timely fashion. We simply had a wonderful experience.

It was excellent. They came when they said they were going to. It took them two days & they cleaned up after themselves. The workers were good. They were very tidy & neat - they had to cut inside to get the windows to fit. I love the windows - They cut down on noise & sun glare. It was great!

Crew showed up on time and was considerate of the house and our time. Installed all the windows and schedule a time to come back and patch up a few things that needed time to set.

The three window installers showed up promptly and started the project right away. Everything went according to plan and they were done within a couple of hours. I thought they would be there a lot longer but they were very efficient and quick. The new windows are amazing (double hung) I couldn't believe how much warmer the rooms felt and how much quieter it was. Cleaning the windows are a breeeze and easy to do. I'm looking forward to getting the next set of windows done

We enjoyed working with everyone from the company. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. From the beginning, while receiving the estimate we were provided with excellent information, a package that would be tailored to our needs, and managed to stay within our budget. The installation was not completely straight forward, since our home is almost 100 years old, however the challenges were overcome while taking exceptional care in not causing damage to the interior or exterior of the home. The crew that came to install the windows was also down from the usual two man crew, to one. I expected that this would cause excessive delay in the installation but was pleasantly surprised when the work was still completed in the one day window we were given.

They were wonderful ... checked in to see if the crew had arrived, called to confirm everything, everyone involved was friendly, efficient and professional. Did the job in one day.

The windows in the bathroom turned out great. The problem was with the sliding glass door with a doggie door. I called Champion and asked about the size of the doggie door. I was told they would get back with me. It was a week before they called back and then said I would have to spend another $1700 for another glass sliding door. I said they need to have samples of how big or small their doggie doors are so people don't get the wrong size and their dogs can't fit through the door. I can't afford to "buy" another sliding door. The part I didn't like was them not getting back to me for a week and then being rude about the door when I said my doggie door should have been one size larger. Without seeing the actual size of these doggie doors a person could end up with the wrong size like I did and then there isn't anything you can do about it unless you want to spend a lot more money.

They did an awesome job. From the beginning to the end the job was done in a professional manner. The price wasn't the lowest bid we got but after checking Angie's List and meeting to the other sales people, Champion won us over by giving us the best price first and they didn't take all night to do it. With other salesmen and women we nearly had to call the police to get them to leave. The work crew was quick, yet very good at removing and installing the new windows and doors. The job was completed in one day and they left the yard as clean as it was when they got here.

I had four estimates for windows and Champion came in first in price, quality, and looks. Two other companies said they would beat Champions Price if they could come back out. Champion gave me the best price the first time without playing games. I liked the windows Estimate so much that I decided to replace the doors at the same time. The windows will be replaced in about a month, look for my update after the install. Jeff Windows are done, Here's the update. Price and Quality: A White vinyl windows all look about the same from 3 feet or more away so they didn't win because of the looks. I compared windows with about the same energy rating for price.and Champion was by far the best deal. They are 1000 x better than the old broke and fogged up aluminum windows I don't feel cold standing in front of the window any more. The Windows did look ugly outside and I had to add additional trim. Responsiveness: D Everything took way too long. Two weeks before they came back and measured. Then they would not give an install date until they got the windows from the factory. Then after the windows I still had to wait for the doors with no idea of when. Most of this could be blamed on the factory procedure, so the Factory gets an F. Nobody from Champion ever came to inspect the work of their subcontractor. I told things to the subcontractor that never got back to Champion. When I asked if someone wanted to come out and tell me if they thought the subcontractor did a good job, champion did not seem interested. In the end I got the Subcontractors number and dealt with him to fix some things and add the trim. Punctuality: C A: Because They did show up when they said they would. F: Because I had to wait so long without any word. That averages to a C. Professionalism: I thought the Subcontractor was very professional, very polite, and very clean. I only wish i had been given his phone number from the start. My Huge complaint with Champion is that nobody from Champion ever came back to inspect the work. I thought the subcontractor was going to come back and fix some things and add some trim. The ball got dropped and I was left waiting. Thank You Champion for some money back for my inconvenience. Money goes a long way to make me feel better. Would I Recommend or Use Champion again: YES, with 2 conditions. I would want an install date before giving any money down. I would want the contact number of any subcontractors.

The sales process was very smooth, the salesman was very nice. He took his time and showed us samples of the windows and explained the features. He even had samples from other companies that we had received estimates on. This was helpful so we could see the windows side by side and compare. Of all the bids, Champion was not the lowest, but they were very competitive to the others. They offered financing, although we didn't use that. Once we made the decision the communication fell off a bit, but not a huge deal. I would have liked a little bit more communication on timing, but they did estimate 4 to 6 weeks out. Towards the later end of the range they called and told us the windows were in. We then scheduled our installation, which they were very flexible about. They told us the install would take about two days. The day of the installation arrived and the installers arrived very promptly at 9am. They were very courteous and professional. They were careful not to damage anything in my home or plants on the outside. They used drop cloths and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. After the first day all of my old windows were gone and the new windows were installed, minus trim on the outside and inside. They were good about sealing everything up that first night before they left. The next day they arrived promptly again and completed the trim and caulking on the outside and inside and cleaned all of the windows. They completed the job at about noon of the second day. After they were done they walked around the house with me and talked me through everything. They asked if I had any questions or concerns and if I did they were very respectful and responded appropriately. Throughout the entire process they dealt with me as I watched and asked questions. I took both days off of work to watch and ensure that everything was being done properly. They were patient with me and very professional. Overall, I would say that the experience was great! The windows look awesome in our home. It makes my home way more energy efficient. We've already experienced a huge improvement this summer in being much cooler. I'm excited to see my energy savings during the winter months.

Champion did an excellent job. We like the fact that they make their own customized windows. Other companies would have to cut out some sidings to make the windows from another company to fit. The new windows and doors look like they were original to the house. We have had them for over year and they look great. The installers were professional, polite, and clean. We highly recommend them.

They were great. The workers were just tremendous. One of the big windows looked like it had a scratch and they came over immediately and then ordered the window for replacement. They are great windows that slide great and have high quality locks as well. They have wonderful equipment and I cannot say enough about the workers and the product. They replaced a separate window that turned out to not be the type of window that I wanted. They really stand behind their work. The windows and the work that they provided is wonderful and well worth the money. The finished product on the outside just blends with the house so well.

It was amazing. They did a really good job. My house had been broken into and they came out to board my home up until the windows came in. They went above and beyond.

I had got them off the Angie’s list and they were my second choice. Their estimate for the sidings was $11941 and for the windows was $5886 with a total of $21211 excluding the taxes. Their price was comparable and they gave me their sale coupon and sent me a card telling me that they had enjoyed meeting me and sense of humor. I would definitely recommend them to other as they were good and I rate them very highly but I found other company to do the work for me who had also done the roofing work for me. I could use them in the future.
