Description of Work: They were just great! We live in the country so sometimes service can be poor. However, they were punctual, responsive and very nice. I will be using them in the future!

Description of Work: They came out and repaired the washer and dryer. My dryer wasn't drying the clothes. I had somebody else come out and they were giving me a bunch of bolonga. It turned out that the heating element had deteriorated.

Description of Work: Had a problem where the upper part of the freezer was not cold enough and the bottom part of the fridge was too cold. Looked on Angies' list for recommened repairmen settled on Roy's do to the reviews and location. The tech replaced the main electronic componet in the fidge and it works just fine now. From start to finish took all of an hour. will call again with any and all futur appliance issues.

Description of Work: Fixed refridgerator that had been clicking and then stopped running completely. He was uncertain if it was the compressor so he fixed smaller cheaper parts in hopes that would do the trick to save me money... and that worked and i was very appreciative.
