They said there was nothing they could do..the pads that are put on there are cheap. I was told that by the manager. The brakes are in good working condition, but every day and night, they make so much noise. Dodge has lost me as a customer.

They do what they need to do, and I never have any problems with them. The price is pretty much standard, it varies 4-5% if you go around.

We bought a new truck from here after several other disappointing occasions at other dealerships. They were very polite and courteous the whole process. We went in looking for a used car, and with some bartering and rebates ended up buying a new truck for a price that would be comparable to a one to two year old truck. In the package was lifetime oil changes. The service department was courteous but you do have to have an appointment early in advance or there is not much flexibility. They are also very lax with their shuttle service. What should have been a ten minute drive turned into a 45 minute wait and by that time they were 15 minutes from done so I ended up taking an hour and a half lunch instead of the 20 minutes I was told/expecting.

I was looking for a very specific part for my 07 Dodge Charger. The parts guy argued that I had drum brakes on the rear of my car but I assured him I had disc. What I was looking for were the pads for the emergency brake that are in a drum within the disc.... I told him I had the brakes all pulled apart and I knew what I was looking at. He told me to put the brakes together and bring it in for them to do it. When I reiteriated all I needed were the pads he finally looked it up in a book realized that they don't even carry those pads and said they are not a resaleable item...thereby telling me to go look in a junk yard. For future reference I found that you can get an emergency brake pack online through ebay....

You hear a lot of weird things with car dealer. I do not like them. Their price was high. They are arguing with me and I was forced to fight them. I never had any problems with car dealers before. Maybe I just had bad luck with them but everybody I talk to does not really like car dealers.
