Excellent service from Andy at Clearwater location. Gave me options and no pressure to buy most expensive brand. Made appointment for next day with no pressure to decide on which brand before appointment. All work done including changing rim out on spare and alignment done very timely with a phone call when work completed. When my ride took me to pick up her back tire went flat as we drove in and they fixed it right then and didn't even charge her ..now that's customer service!!

The provider reviewed all the options for repairs. They were reasonable in regard to the age of the car and prioritizing the repairs. The services as well priced. I did have to wait 1 hour in shop after scheduled time to pick up vehicle. I took the car in on a Saturday afternoon. They were very busy. They got the work done and stayed 30 minutes past closing time to finish it. Really appreciate that!

Discovered flat tire in my garage. Replaced with spare and drove into to Les Swab. Their address is 2825 Queensgate Drive Richland Drive, Richland, WA 99352.
Though the tires on my truck were not purchased from Les Swab (stock, came with the new vehicle), they repaired the flat at no charge and even re-mounted the spare under the truck (which was greatly appreciated. I did purchase new wiper blades during the service.
I was overwhelmed at the courtesy, speed, and efficiency that they responded to my walk-in problem.

Went in for alignment and showed me the excess wear on 2 tires . They suggested new tires were in need but no pressure to buy . Work done that day as I waited.

For tire service, there are no appointments - it is first come first served. You can wait or return later - either way they follow the order in which you arrived. I waited for about 1-1.5 hours to get the work done. Prior to the work, the sales person provided me the prices for various options available and after I made my choice, they assigned me a spot in the line. The work was done well and I have had no problems.
