Installing windows was more challenging than anticipated and it took twice as long as initially thought but Byron did a great job installing the windows.

Byron was very easy to work with considering I am a landlord living in Kennewick and the job involved my rental home in Kenmore. The home was built in 1987 and naturally the sliding door was not a conventional size. Consequently, Byron had to place a special order for the replacement. My only issue with the customer service was not being told when the delivery was delayed. My renters were unhappy when it wasn't delivered on the date we had discussed and I wasn't informed of the delay. But except for that, I would have given Byron 5 stars and my renters tell me he was great with the install.

Byron and team did an excellent job installing new windows. While other companies will inflate their prices, try to haggle, and add expensive warranties, Byron gives one fair price up front. We installed 13 windows, including some very heavy 4th-story windows, but Byron brought a team of 4 people and got everything done in 2 days. Will hire again, highly recommended.

Great Company to work with! The Lindsay windows look really good. Talked to several other window companies and it was not only painful but a waste of time. Most of them trying to sell you more than you really need. Those presentations were way too long; 2-3 hours. Byron kept it simple and quick! He sells a great product and sells it for a great price. The install was quick and easy. We just did 10 windows and plan on doing the rest next summer.

We got three estimates. All the companies used the same window manufacturer. Byron was no nonsense, he was the best price by far and they were fast and cleaned up and were done in a couple hours. We had ALL ours windows done and we love them!!

Byron was a gem to work with. I had 14 windows replaced. He was very responsive to my questions and needs. The Lindsay windows look great and inside my house is brighter and much quieter. Great, personal service and a high quality work and product, all at at least half of the standard price of much larger companies. I would recommend him to anyone, and I have already referred a friend and a neighbor to him.
