Fast and efficient!!! Came out for an estimate on a Tuesday and had the roof finished by Thursday. Excellent work and finished product looks amazing! If you need a new roof, HIRE THEM!!!

Jason and Brian were well qualified, deep knowledge and ability to work with my mom on replacing her roof. Crew was outstanding. I spent over 25 years in the roofing industry, and can honestly say that this firm ranks up in the top level of contractors I have worked with over the years. They were price conscious, fit into the budget, suggested alternatives that fit codes and application specifics. Others were close in price, still others were far out of range with over-the-top marketing schemes. Ideal was workable, consistent, and value aware. We chose the new OC color: Sedona Canyon, which matched perfectly the new paint combination on the house. Cannot say enough fine things about this company. Would like to add that their choice of gutter company, Rob with All Top Gutters, was equally professional and thorough. Many thanks.

They were great! Received numerous bids, some even close to Ideal, but their overall professionalism was a seller for me. They were on time, roof cost actually came in under bid, done on time, and it looks great!

6 bids for a roof ranging from laughable to curiously inexpensive. Ideal was the only one to get what I wanted and bid accordingly. Great job from a great bunch of guys.

I would hire again, want to say that first. But I tend to review throughly and frankly. The project took longer to both get started and to complete than quoted. The start date was apparently complicated by things beyond control, but that wasn’t helpful to my situation. Jason had no problem getting me the brand of shingle I wanted. Clean up was ok and plant protection was ok, perhaps a balance- I am still picking things up, but would rather do that than have more plantings stomped. That is a communication thing, I feel. I called them back for a rotting eave, that they repaired at no additional charge. I appreciated that, but I understood that they would look for and repair any problems they found. I got the impression that they felt it was not really part of the roof, and I understand both opinions. The crew was courteous and friendly, the roof is beautiful and does not leak and I would hire again.

Ideal Renovations removed my old roof, installed the new materials, and came in at a very competitive cost. Jason and Brian made sure every detail of the project was to our satisfaction! I have been getting comments from neighbors that the new roof looks great! I would highluy recommend Ideal Renovations to anyone looking for help on a new roof, or in our case, a replacemnt project.
