This is the worst service I have encountered in the almost 50 years of car ownership. The were rude, negligent and endangered my daughters safety.
While driving home on the hi way I-5 in traffic , from Bellingham a stone hit the windshield and it shattered breaking into 1 inch and smaller pieces on the inside of the car. If she had not been wearing her glasses the glass , which hit her glasses, would have entered her eye. She might have lost her eye and would probably had an accident, might have lost her life or caused others injury. We got the car to Dick Hannah Vancouver repair as directed. i asked that Toyota be contacted as I thought it was a faulty windshield. i was told they would not do that. I asked to speak to the service manager in Kelso. I told him I was disturbed that Toyota was expressing no concern for the damage and possible harm to my daughter. the service manager told me and quot;be quiet, you talk too muchand quot;
i told them the glass was faulty but they ignored me. I paid for a new windshield which also shattered when hit by a stone. I have had a Sienna for 16 years and have never had this problem.
We had a contract for Toyota care. The tires were to be replaced when they reached are at depth of 3. We took it to the dealer and service said they were fine. When we got to Bellingham I did not think they looked or felt fine and feared for my daughter's safety. We took the car to a Toyota dealer in Bellingham who said one tire was fine , 2 were at level 3 and 1 was below Washington allowable limits in tread. I called keslo , where we purchased the car, and was told they only replaced the tires when all were below 3. I think they should have replaced them all at that time and not sent us off with unsafe tires.
I recently had the car at Wilsonville Toyota for brake problems and was told the transmission and other fluids should have been replaced at 30,000 miles. When we had the car to DicK Hannah for the free service check they did not tell us this.
I will never purchase a car from them again.

The service representative explained the problem and quickly was able to get a car rental for me while they got the parts that they needed. The rental company picked me up for the service center and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. It was an expensive job and I have read that this can be a problem with the Toyota Matrix. The car works great.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY HELPED ME FIND A CAR AND SHOWED ME MANY, MANY CHOICES. THE INSTANT I GOT THERE, SOMEONE WAS ASKING HOW THEY COULD HELP AND SPENT ABOUT THREE HOURS WITH ME HELPING ME FIND A CAR.

EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. THE DEALERSHIP PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE OFFICE. SERVICE TECH CALLED PROMPTLY WITH DIAGNOSIS AND COST ESTIMATE. PROBLEM WAS FIXED.

VERY GOOD SERVICE. PERSONAL ATTENTION FROM ALL STAFF. GREET YOU AT THE DOOR. TIMELY SERVICE WITHIN A DAY. WILL GIVE YOU A RIDE TO AND FROM YOUR HOME OR OFFICE WHEN HAVING YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON.
