Three Keys Property Management Company has done an outstanding job managing our condo in Seattle for the past two years. They (in particular Trevor) has taken care of multiple small issues with repairs in a prompt and efficient manner. Further our condo board, while well intentioned, can be a little bit noisy about staying on top of details, and we have never heard a peep of complaint in any of the directions (tenant, board, 3 Keys). This means, while we live out of state, beyond forwarding the odd email, we have never had to worry about our condo in any way.

Larry and the entire crew are fabulous! They've been managing a single rental property for me for about 5 years. I have yet to have it empty for more than 2 or 3 days during the tenant transition. They have done a fabulous job of keeping our rent competitive and keeping good tenants in the house. They do regular walk-throughs of the property to ensure the tenants are taking care of it, and field any direct questions from the tenant. They have their own handy-man on staff to do small repairs, but will also reach out to specialists if necessary. I will definitely continue using them for this property and will work with them for any future properties we may have.

It was awesome! First of all, Three Keys Property Management did great job to keep track of house condition, periodically check to make sure house is well maintained, and handle all the maintenance work required by the tenants. On top of that, managing a house has many unexpected situations, like: neighbor's tree fell and damaged the property; HOA complained the house has drain pipes damaging public areas. All of them could be stressful and unpleasant to deal with. I ran into all such cases. Three Keys Property Management took care of every case with good solution to all sides without my involvement. All in all, Three Keys Property Management has made my life super easy as an property owner. I have multiple properties with them now. Highly recommended.

I've been a client of "Three Keys Property Management" for the last 6+ years. They successfully managed two rental properties I own. The agency stands firmly by interests of both: landlords and tenants. I have been asked to replace worn out carpet and repaint walls before tenants moved in. Yet same tenants were asked to replace freshly installed carpets with they stained beyond ability to be cleaned. Payments and accounting are always done on time and accurately. All in all - I highly recommend the agency!

Larry and his team have been wonderful to work with over the last 2 years. The communication is great. I'm always notified of needed repairs and am confident that repairs will be handled in a timely, cost effective way. The accounting and reporting are perfect and I've been impressed with the quality of tenants chosen and the care taken in the screening process. While the entire staff is wonderful, Trevor in particular has been instrumental in helping with a new construction defect issue at one of the properties. I had not noticed the issue on my own, nor do I think I ever would have. His keen eye and willingness to go above and beyond supporting me in the investigation of the defect has been greatly appreciated and allowed us to make a claim with the builder before our warranty expired. You will not regret hiring Larry and his team !

They have an excellent list of repair people who get things done at very reasonable rates. I no longer use the repair people I used to know and instead rely on Three Keys for bringing in the right people when needed.

Larry, Trevor and team are excellent. They handle all issues and are very responsive. They have been able to respond to my tenants needs and repairs - for example they had the food disposer changed within days getting a complaint from the tenants. They were also really great when the AC broke - got a window unit installed while the central air was being replaced. I have been very happy since I switched over to them earlier this year.

It's gone extremely well. Their process for finding and screening tenants is very professional. The best part, however, was when a tenant discovered a problem in the crawl space. Larry put his maintenance manager, Trevor, on it. Trevor took care of all the problems as quickly as possible and at costs well below what I thought they would be.
