They were very punctual, did good work, and charged a fair price for the job.

I got an estimate from Lakeview for cleaning the gutters and roof in the early fall but wanted to wait until all the leaves had fallen from the trees. This didn't happen until late in November/early December. By that time they were very busy and it was difficult to get them scheduled. Several calls and emails were required. He came as scheduled, but had to return a different day after looking at the roof again because the moss had grown considerably. He needed more time and more money than the estimate. We rescheduled and he arrived as planned and got to work. When he was done, the roof looked great and there was no mess. I was very pleased. It's unfortunate that the time between the estimate and the work led to some issues, but this was understandable.

It's a local company, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.  Furthermore, they were quick and did an excellent job.

I've been using them for years, and they've always been great.  They are timely and reliable, and they charge fair prices.

Everything was great as usual.  The gentleman is very reliable, does meticulous work, and takes care to keep the house clean while he completes his tasks.

They were great and I felt very comfortable with them. The woman who scheduled the appointments was very informative and very knowledgeable.

They were extremely prompt.  The owner/window cleaner also does pretty much anything on the roof like moss work and gutter cleaning.  He will also do pretty much anything else I ask.  I think that he is very honest.  He has a lot of integrity.  One day I really called him in a panic because I hadn’t taken good enough care of my gutters, and during a terrible rainstorm my gutters were clearly leaking water right into my foundation.  He actually came that afternoon.  I know he had other things to do, and he came over.  His price is competitive.

I called and left a message to schedule my interior windows after learning Lakeview would be doing the exterior of my building.  Nita was very quick in returning my call and got me on the schedule.  When plans changed a bit, she called me to update me and made sure things still worked with my schedule.  

Jacob did an EXCELLENT job!  The gutters around my patio look great!  All my windows are gorgeous inside and out!  Jacob and his worker were very polite and even removed their shoes to in my unit!

I also decided to have them give me an estimate to do my parents' windows.  Jacob checked it out and Nita text me (after asking what the best way to contact me was) the info and they were able to put me on the schedule for that week!

Jacob arrived right on time and was very professional.  He conversed with me while he worked inside and was very nice.  He was very careful of all furniture, walls, knick-knacks, etc... and made sure not to leave any messes!  I had moved things out of his way before he he arrived, and he offered to help put it back when he was finished.  He returned all screens to the correct windows after washing them.  He was thorough and all windows and screens look GREAT inside and out!  Jacob gave me a quote for my parents condo and stuck to it, even after he discovered it included more windows.  

 I would say Jacob is one of the best window washers I have used plus he has very reasonable prices!

I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them!

We have always had a wonderful experience with Jacob.  He is timely, professional, and detail-oriented.  We have always been happy with the cleanliness of the windows after he has finished.  He takes care not to cause any damage.  He double checks his work at the end of the visit and will clean any areas that need touching up before he leaves.  I would highly recommend using this company.
