Ended up taking the car to Auto Haus and they said a bolt had come loose on the water pump.  My confidence in Graham Auto is shaken.

they changed all the outside lights on our Saturn Aura.  It's too hard for us to do so we have to take it  somewhere.  I have used them several times in the past to fix things on my vehicles and the do a good job.  We are in and out very quickly.

The job went great. Rick's team checked out the truck and informed me of all the problems. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on the problems with the vehicle, and I gave them the go-ahead to do the work. The work lasted until the next morning, so they offered me the loaner. My vehicle (2001 F-150) was running very rough and eating gas. They replaced the spark plugs; did an ECM scan (serivce engine light was on); removed and replaced ignition wire set; removed and replaced R Diff housing cover and gasket; removed and replaced R Diff Pinion set; power steering flush; removed and replaced ignition coil. I am very happy with the work, the price seemed about right, and my truck runs like its new. The total price is what Rick quoted me on the phone. The customer service was great as well; everybody is very professional and courteous.

After $1500, They recommended I drive it a couple weeks and then bring it back to see if any more coolant leaked into the oil. Within a couple weeks the oil was black again and I still have the issue of the key off battery drain (they said battery & alternator were good), so the car basically has to be jump started almost daily. I am suspecting a warped head or something bad like that. Wish I had just scrapped the car and cut my losses, but I don't know much about cars.
