Andrew met us on-time to discuss our needs. Weeding, bush and tree trimming, pre-emergent weed control, and a fresh layer of mulch. Andrew sent us an estimate via e-mail the same day. We were happy with the estimate and advised Parson's we would like to proceed via return e-mail. While our schedule to have this work completed was flexible, Parson's arrived a few days later with a large crew and completed the work in one day. Beautiful results!

Parsons Landscaping did an outstanding job meeting all of our needs. At the onset of the "extremely" hot weather this past July, on short notice they came out to our house, we discussed our plans to create a stable, flat surface for our pool and the additional recovery work for the slope and the yard. David W communicated their plans very well with me and his team was able to get the surface ready for the pool to be installed in a single day. It was definitely a great place for my family to relax in during those hot days of July & August. We will definitely keep Parsons Landscaping in mind for our future landscaping needs. Great. They used to call us in August to see what we needed. Not this year. We've called and left messages. Not one reply.

We have been using Parson for several years.  The company was sold recently and a new owner has taken over.  We were very pleased with the service they provided in the past, however, there is a real problem with billing.  It took over 2 months for our check to be deposited and just prior to that we received a call wondering if we had paid it.  In addition, the next invoice was incorrect.  It showed the amount we had already paid.  The owner asked if I would itemize what service we had received.  I wrote a letter with detailed information on what service had been done and included my credit card billing information so he could charge my credit card.  That letter was dated 1/12/15.  I also included a copy of my cancelled check.  To date, my card has not been billed nor have I heard from the owner.  We are looking for another landscaper.

Parson's has since been sold to a new owner.  We haven't used them since & we wouldn't.  We do use one of the original employees who continues to do excellent work.

I have used this vendor a few times, but not since.  I would often feel that they didn't really hear what I wanted.  Nice enough folks, did a great job on the big job, but I felt a little robbed and persuaded on the little job.

Two adults worked on the job for a total of about 13 minutes. Wish they would routinely pull a few weeds. I think I have to set up an appointment for them to do that, and then the price varies.

Jon's crew is professional, reliable and extremely experienced. We have used them for over 5 years and have always been satisfied with all the services they provide. They have built stone walls for us and have added grass, trees and plants. Their prices are a bit higher but you get what you pay for.

They charged $38 per hour per man. One of the guys, Doug, is an excellent master gardener. One of the other guys is pretty good. I believe his name is Manuel. The others however are mediocre. On more than one occasion I had to have them clarify the bill because it was not itemized. They put in extra charges that I was not told about but they changed it when I told them to. Overall I would say that the work was good but the price was too much.
